A fully charged battery-powered fan that has a built in light [one of those medium, not hand-held ones, with long-lasting batteries] and a long but interesting book to read. But that would items that exclude the clothes I'm currently wearing, the hair scrunchies on my wrists, my silver bracelets on my other wrist, my Magen David and my glasses.

I would have preferred to bring water as well, but then I'd have to go to the bathroom on the floor.... which would drive me insane....

Then the water calms down. The water recedes,
then darkness falls, and all goes dark.
The sun goes down and the day is done.
