Donovan continued to kick out, far too helpless with laughter to realize that he could easily through her off him if he so wanted. "Please! Please! I'll do anything!" Well, within reason. He couldn't get her a star out of the sky, though he would have if he could.

Elizabeth looked at his helplessness and finally, stilling her fingers on his chest she leaned forward till her face was once again inches from his. "That was all I needed to hear. I'll hold you on that, don't forget about it." she said with a large grin on her face that seemed as if it was going to crack it if she kept it on her face.

Donovan let his head fall back onto the blanket as she finally relented, panting as he bought to regain his breath. As she leaned forward, he was consciously aware of her hands on his chest. Turning his attention to her face, he found himself staring into her eyes. However, at her words, his thoughts turned in a different direction. "You're mean," he mumbled, pouting.

Elizabeth tilted her head to the side and soon her grin was off her face leaving only a faint smile on her lips. She removed her hands from his chest and just sat on his lap staring down at him. "Yea I know I am." she said lightly back to his statement.

Donovan watched as the grin faded to a smile. When she removed her hands from his chest and sat on his lap, he sat up. He was completely aware of just how close they were, and just how it would look to someone if they suddenly walked in the door. He smiled warmly, reaching up to tucked a lock of hair behind her ear.

Elizabeth watched his hand as it came up to tuck a loose lock of her black hair behind her ear. After he was done tucking it she grabbed the hand tenderly and without hesitating she laid down on him with her chin resting gently on his chest. She stared at him wondering what he thought about her being like she was on him. She didn't think anything of it, but he might think different. She watched him curiously, waiting, still holding the hand that had tucked her hair.

Donovan blinked in surprise when Elizabeth suddenly grabbed his hand. He couldn't help wondering what she was up to but any such thoughts vanished from his mind as she laid on him. Lowering himself back onto the bed, he watched her head rise and fall as he breathed. He knew how intimate their position was but he didn't mind. He liked it, craved it. A light blush tinted the skin of his cheeks.

Elizabeth twisted her hand around his until she had their fingers intertwined with one another. She stared at the hands for a moment, letting herself rise and fall from Donovan's breathing. Then with one light but quick movement she leaned closer to Donovan and gave him a light peck on the cheek. When she leaned back her face was flushed a bright red.
"Sorry." she said lightly as she turned her head away from him and just laid her cheek on his chest as she stared at their hands intertwined.

Donovan turned his head to watch as Elizabeth entwined their fingers together. He looked at the two, joined hands until he felt her shift on top of him. Turning his head, he looked back at her just as she kissed his cheek. He blinked, feeling the blood rush to his face as it did to her.
At her apology, he shook his head, still slightly shocked. "No, don't be," he said. He laid his other arm across the small of her back, keeping her where she was.

Elizabeth shifted slightly as he laid his arm across her back to keep her ontop of him. Tilting her head to the side she looked up at him, noticing his face to was flushed. She didn't know what drove her to doing such an action, but she liked it. It brought a small smile across her face as she stared into his eyes.

Donovan watched as Elizabeth looked back up at him. When she smiled, he smiled back. She had such a gorgeous smile. It was a shame he didn't get to see more of it. The thumb of his hand in hers rubbed circles along the back of her hand. "Have I ever told you how stunningly beautiful you are?" he asked quietly, since it seemed wrong to break the near silence between them.

Elizabeth gave a light giggle at his question. "No, I don't believe you have." she answered just as quietly back. She glanced down at their hands intertwined and she watched his thumb intently as it made small circles on the back of her's. It was hypnotizing somehow.

Donovan grinned at the sound of her giggle. It sounded positively angelic. "Well, you are," he murmured. He leaned up to press a kiss to her own cheek. The feel of her skin on his lips was absolutely addictive, making him regret it when he pulled back and laid his head back on the bed again.

Elizabeth's flushed a light red once again at the tender kiss placed on her cheek by Donovan's lips. "Thankyou," she said weakly as she looked at him. "Have I told you how handsome you are?" she asked him, her smile stretching to become bigger on her face.
