xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx❤xxxxAMELIA ELIZABETH DUNNE ★★★ xxxxIt always felt like a competition, between herself and herself. Amelia felt like Sebastian tried to push her to make her break, but she never did, she wouldn't let herself. She had to stay strong around him, it kept her sane for the most part. Who knew that the definition of sane would include being calm while a vampire bit you. Even though it hurt to be bitten, it honestly didn't bother her. Besides the fact that she had promised to be his pet, as long as he didn't kill her or seriously injure her, she really didn't care what he did. It was really a mystery to her, why she let him do whatever he wanted, why she didn't defy him, and even though there was the threat of being able to kill her if she disobeyed, it wasn't the reason she obeyed him so easily. Maybe it was because she was used to him now, used to the fact that all he did was bite her, and nothing else. Never anything else. In her mind she was basically his blood whore, but his word of "pet" just sounded a lot better than that. Either way, she still hated his control over her, as willing as she was.
xxxxSebastian's growl made her jump almost, and with how close he was to her, she could feel the low rumble over her skin. Her eyes fluttered up to his, curiosity sparking in them. She didn't ask though, just simply raised her eye brow at him. It wasn't exactly a threatening growl, so she wasn't afraid, she just wanted to know where it had come from.
xxxxHis words did not surprise her, she really didn't expect him to care. Her voice dripped with sarcasm, ❝Oh really? I never would have guessed that vampires only cared about blood.❞ She couldn't help it really, it was just that his statement was so obvious. Then his expression changed, and he seemed to be curious and thinking. When he spoke again, she couldn't help but smirk. He had never been to a dance before. He couldn't have, otherwise he would know what it was. ❝You've never been to a dance before.❞ Her voice now was one of enlightenment, and she soon pursed her lips in thought. Part of her wanted to ask him to go to the dance, and the other didn't. A vampire at a high school dance with a bunch of people, human people, didn't sound good, but at the same time she had yet to see him do anything that would reveal himself as a vampire, at least, not around large groups of people. Besides, he went to school with everyone that would be there, so it wasn't like he could get away with much. ❝It's the Halloween Dance. Dress up, get a date, and have fun. If you want, you could go, and find out what it is on your own, going is a lot better than hearing about it.❞ She watched him carefully now, hoping to gauge his reaction, see if he would actually show up to the dance.

There was no doubt in her mind that what Angelique had said had hurt. Still, Raven could feel the stinging needles that were words protruding from her skin. All over, she could feel them burying themselves deep into her flesh. Regardless, Raven continued to smile to herself. Because of this, she was numb to the pain of Angelique's words. During the past two months, Raven had come to realize that there would always be people who would push her around. They had been present at her old school; they were also present at Wickwood. Raven would never escape it. Instead, she quickly came to accept that she would not be friends with everyone. She stood up for herself and attempted to be nice. There was no point in battering around mean words, for the situation would merely escalate.
Raven thought about Angelique. She thought about her and had to pity her. There were many things that Angelique would miss out on, many things to which Raven was more sensitive. Though Angelique despised Raven, Raven could not deny the fact that, for some odd reason, she wanted to be Angelique's friend. It could have been to their underlying similarities, which Raven could not yet see. Maybe in due time Raven would see them. For now, Raven was more concerned with finding Alexander.
Raven turned down the hall into the musical section of the school. Faintly, she could hear a few students practicing. Raven stopped, listened, and smiled. The cacophony of sounds was beautiful, something Raven wished that she herself could create. Her fingers itched to bring audible life into her words. Then, they would be more than just tastes of meanings; they would be truly real and truly beautiful. Walking, Raven sang a few notes of a song that was near and dear to her heart. Raven peeked in through the windows of a few practice rooms while searching for Alexander. OOC : --------

Ꮛasther Ꮚilliams ⌘ Don't try to over analyze...I'm just a girl fighting her tides ⌘ Esther contorted her slender frame in an attempt to reach the ceiling with a pair of crepe material in her hands. Once she steadied herself on the ladder she began to tuck the black and silver streamers into place. She tried to make her balance appear somewhat clumsy and it was pretty convincing. It should have been a fairly easy job but it shouldn't be if you were trying to pass as a mortal. Vampires were naturally agile if not entirely like little kitty cats. Predicament or not her kinds always managed to land on their feet. But, Esther wasn't like most vampires that she has come across. All she wanted was to find a place in the world and co-exist with her fellow student body. She refused to give into the feedings and most of all she refused to become a monster...like Elizabeth. That's why she decided to run for the student body elections. Sadly, she'd only allowed herself to become Vice President. She felt like anything hire would direct to much attention to herself. That type of attention tended to be disadvantageous.
"Ta-da" she beamed with pride as the last streamer was placed neatly away. Looking over her shoulder she noticed that the rest of the dance committee were busy filling balloons with air. The Academies dance hall looked beautiful with its transformation and she hoped the student body would approve. After months of planning their vision was finally coming together. They had spent a lot of time and effort in raising funds for all of this through student auctions and the occasional bake sale. However, most of the money came directly from the student body President and his family. They were loaded of course like most of the kids that attended school here.
Either way Esther didn't care where the money came from or for Halloween. All she cared about was getting the chance to be a normal teenager at last. She had scrimped and saved from a few of her 'odd' jobs to buy the perfect dress. It also didn't hurt that she had haggled the merchant for half-price is regular sale value. A girl has to do what a girl has to do. But, she wished this wasn't all for Halloween. It was never her favorite of holidays because she felt like her world was already full of darkness and despair. Esther was the monsters that lurked in the shadows on all hallows eve. Every day was Halloween for her and there would be no changing that. However, she was trying to fit in and there was no helping her when it came to contribute her time to the dance. It was a nice breath though from the usual monotony of being one of the popular girls in school. She always thought that if you're going to fit in and blend why not with the shallow heard of Wickwood Academy. Being an outcast caused a lot of trouble and that was what she was avoiding. It was silly but she enjoyed the company of shallow girls.
But, Esther knew there were more than shallow girls roaming the halls. She came across one just like her but before she could discovered she blended into the crowd. It's in the crowd of heart beats and pulsating veins that she hides. Esther doesn't want the attention of other vampires nor does she want the trouble they could bring. She was happy with just ignoring them and the havoc they always seemed to cause. It was safer this way in her mind. However, she had an eerie feeling that all that was about to change. ◊The Melody◊ ◊The Place: Wickwood Ballroom◊ ◊ The Threads ◊

『xYou are E N D L E S S and I can't B R E A T Hx』 ʏou ᴀʀᴇ ʙʟιɴᴅιɴԍ ɴow ι { cᴀɴ'т sᴇᴇ } ↶ Classes had ended. Fleur was exhausted. Nothing much had changed over the course of the month that flew by. She was still relatively friendless. Actually she was probably even more so since she had started distancing herself from the others. The only person she saw on the regular was Alastar and that was for a specific reason. These days she spent most of her time alone in her room with a book or just simply resting. Having her blood being taken was, literally, draining her. Not to the point of death, but Fleur was a weak girl to begin with. She had to eat more but found she had no appetite to do so. She had to move more but found she had no energy. The only thing that helped that she could actually do at this point was sleep.
And yet...she would not bring herself to tell him that she wouldn't last long like this. She...enjoyed it. The time she got to be around him. The few conversations they had between one another. But every time she found herself starting to get too attached, Edan's face came into her mind. The memory of him and Angelique burned that aching hole in her heart and Fleur brought herself back to reality. She may be a teenager but she also knew full well that many viewed her as a child still because of her stature. Even though she was sure she had grown since she had been affiliated with Alastar. She was at least five feet if not a bit more. Though her weight still stayed low. Her clothing, even the extra small sizes she owed were loose. It bothered her. She constantly brought back food to her room but ended up throwing it out because she just couldn't keep it down. Many a night was spent crying because her entire body ached. From hunger, from the cold and the loneliness.
Today she sat at her desk with her eyes starting straight ahead at the small mirror she had attached. Dark eyes with dark circles in a too pale face. She reached up twig like fingers and touched the sides of her face where she felt the sharpness of her cheek bones. The gray sweater pooled about her elbows as she stared at her collarbone poking through her skin. The small off-white dress she wore hung loosely on her shoulders and so she pulled back up the oversized sweater to hide it. She looked and felt like death itself and she knew it was only a matter of time before it would all be over. And Alastar...oh who was she kidding? He would notice today. Perhaps it would be best then to not see him.
Fleur stood and turned to make her way back to her bed. To crawl under the covers and dissolve into the comfortable warmth of them was her goal. She was halfway across the room when the wave of sickness overcame her. She fell to her knees with a gasp and she clutched at her empty stomach. Dry heave after dry heave racked her tiny frame leaving her breathless with pain. She fell to her side in tears.
~~~
The chorus of giggling, gossiping girls could be heard through out the huge dance hall. Orenda was standing on a ladder overlooking the chaos of decorating the hall humming a low tune to herself. She had finished hanging a few streamers as well as balloons and was now content to just watch the rest of the committee work. She hadn't wanted to be part of it to begin with but now she was really glad that she was. It gave the young vampire something to do other than focus on her past. She still often wondered how her mother was and how her community was doing but that only really served to depress her.
The month had flown by and Orenda found herself somewhat happy with her predicament. Classes were boring, they were the one thing she didn't miss, but the people she had befriended were okay. Raven especially. That girl just had a way of brightening up any day. She understood why Alexander was drawn to her. The gothic girl had a warmth about her. A warmth that one of the undead did not. She had to giggle to herself as she thought of the couple. So perfect looking together and Alexander was extremely protective of her. It took her weeks to just be able to be alone with Raven for a few minutes.
Orenda looked over as a "Ta-da," sounded through the hall. Esther, the vice president of the student counsel had finished placing her last streamer up. She was one of the people Orenda had yet to introduce herself to. Somehow Esther scared her. Maybe it was because of her age but she knew for sure that it definitely had something to do with the fact that Esther just seemed to not want anything to do with any of the other vamps around the school. Oh yes, Orenda knew what she was. It wasn't hard to pick out the ones without heart beats. You couldn't fool a vampire's ears.
She spent the rest of her time staring out, wondering whether or not she should just go do it or remain in the shadows.
~~~
The solace of the empty practice room was calming to Alexander's raging bloodlust. He had just finish feeding not a few hours before but perhaps it had not been enough? Lately it seemed that his thirst had increased which was most vexing to the creature of the night.
Classes had long since been down for Alexander, having left early to go back and change his clothing. The uniform bothered him to no end and he longed to be able to fully express himself through the clothing that he wore as well as the music that flowed from within. His straightjacket-like shirt was one of his most favorite articles of clothing and the leather pants hugging his lean legs made him feel more like himself. Normally he would go looking for Raven after classes were done but this time he needed his music therapy.
He had only played a few of the classics in the time he had been in the practice room but it was enough to already calm his beast within him. A serene look could be seen on his face through the window of the practice room as he started up another of the more simpler pieces he knew. Lacrimosa from Mozart's Requiem. It was beautifully haunting and always managed to put him in a great mood. As his mind followed the beautiful melody he erased all the bad that had been a part of the last few weeks. Much of it he kept from Raven, particularly the parts with Milly who still refused to give him up to the likes of what she called, "a stupid, silly, ugly little mortal girl who would never be able to understand him like she could." He knew not what she would do but could only hope that one day she would simply just give up.
Just as the last few notes slipped from his fingers a familiar scent filled his sensitive nose. The sweetness of her blood took his breath away as he turned in his seat to look out the window just as her face came into view. He smiled and opened the door to step out into the hallway. "You found me. I suppose it wasn't hard to guess where I might be though would it?" He stared down at Raven with that new warmth in his eyes. He leaned over and wrapped his arms around her waist. He lifted her to his body with ease and kissed her gently on her soft lips. He continued to hold her, "How was your day? Excited for tonight?" Truth be told he wasn't. Given the choice, Alexander would prefer to spend the evening in the music wing rather than in a crowded hall with a dozen girls whom he had previously turned down. However he would not be okay with Raven going by herself. He was too afraid of the eyes on her. The eyes of Sebastian and Angelique.

Through many windows Raven did peek. Some took fleeting glances while others took longer stares. Many of the people inside the rooms (which weren't great in population) appeared to be too absorbed in their music to notice her. Those select musicians continued to play, delighting in the movement of their instruments and the music that flowed from them. A familiar ache arose in Raven's chest. She had not yet seen Alexander, and she wanted to see him. His company made her feel whole. More and more the feeling became increasingly potent. When she was not with him, she felt empty inside. Never had she felt that way around any other person, not even her brief crushes at her old high school.
The next window served her true. Inside, there was Alexander with his music. He looked up from his instrument from where he sat and smiled at her. Oh, what she felt resonated from the tips of her fingers to the ends of her toes. At that smile, her breath shortened and her heart raced in anticipation. Slowly, Alexander appeared to rise from his seat and open the door. Like a dream, he was suddenly standing before her, warmth radiating from within his beautiful blue eyes. For her and only her.
"I did find you," Raven laughed. "I was curious as to where you were when you didn't show up. I figured you would be somewhere down here. I'm sorry if I disturbed you."
Alexander wrapped his arms around her and lifted her shorter form to his taller one. Her eyes fluttered shut as his lips brushed hers. Her arms wrapped around his neck and pulled him closer. Sparklers crackled when he touched her. It was a chemistry that only he could provide. His lips were wonderfully soft and loving and made her want to sigh. Too soon did he pull away. Still, he held her close, something that Raven loved about him. She loved being held by the people she loved, especially by Alexander. Raven opened her eyes and looked at him for a few seconds before replying.
"Mediocre. You just made it a lot better." Raven's lips quirked flirtatiously at the edges, mischief glittering in her eyes. "I'm very excited. I know you don't like large groups. Did you still want to go to the dance with me tonight?"OOC : --------

[ [ __________ Sebastian Thomas Moore____________ ] ] "For the life of the flesh is in the blood ... for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul."~ Leviticus 17:11 ~ Body & Blood His eyes glinted in enlightened curiosity. "All Hallow's Eve?" Then, Sebastian released a single, roaring laugh. The laugh echoed throughout the house. All the vampires of his coven glanced up in startled and fearful alarm. They knew Sebastian's voice well. Also, they knew how little Sebastian laughed. "Such a morbid day for mortals to be celebrating. I shan't be surprised at mortal revelry."
He ran a hand through his hair. For a moment, a bright smile loosened the strict confines of his face. The gold of his hair and the gold of his pale flesh appeared to become alive with the flush of true youth. In that moment, he appeared to be any other eighteen-year-old male. Then, it faded quickly into the austerity of his vampiric nature. Sebastian regained his composure and looked down at Amelia in true interest.
"A strange holiday... Then, attend this strange event with me, Amelia."
Intently, Sebastian scrutinized her expression. Again, he could feel the dastardly past rising up within him. Upon his tongue, he could taste the memories of past and disgusting humanity. Human behavior, which once came naturally, was now alien to him. Instead, Sebastian's movements mirrored those of nature's fiercest predators, the felines and the canines. Even the way his eyes scoured hers was nearly like a feline testing its prey. His nostrils flared to absorb her delicious scent.Still very aware of her actions, Sebastian leaned in to the spot beneath her chin, near her throat's main artery, and inhaled the smell of the blood that pumped through her veins. αlastar ✄------------------------------------------ σ'Neill
xxx The end of the school day had come fast for Alastar. He had been tired and worried all day. Not once had he seen Fleur. He knew she was getting worse. He had eyes. She might not realize it but his sharp senses could pick up on the minor differences.
Not once today has he heard from nor seen the girl. It made him sick. What if he had finally killed her. The monster part of his brain wondered if that was such a bad thing. It was only a human, who needed more of them on this planet. Lately however that monster part has been just a whisper. Alastar, though he wouldn't ever say it out loud to anyone but Sarah, enjoyed the time he spent with the human.
Alastar was holding back a little on that emotion though because he knew she was pulling back as well. He kept on with the feeding because he feared if they stopped she wouldn't be around him anymore. She'd stop talking to him. But now his selfishness was catching up to him, Fleur couldn't last much longer if they carried on.
Maybe he could ask her to hang out. Get her to eat a little. Briefly he wondered if they could manage the dance. It was iffy but he'd ask when he arrived. This was a huge leap for the bitter vampire. But it was tool late to change his mind he had already made it to her door by the time he was second guessing himself.
The sound of gagging was coming from the other side of the door and it made Alastar's skin crawl but he kept moving forward. One hand on the door....then he was knocking.
"Fleur? It's Alastar. Can we talk?"

『xYou are E N D L E S S and I can't B R E A T Hx』 ʏou ᴀʀᴇ ʙʟιɴᴅιɴԍ ɴow ι { cᴀɴ'т sᴇᴇ } ↶ Fleur clutched at her throat. The sobbing hurt her throat that had been made sore by the stomach acid that washed up as a result of the dry heaves. She struggled to regain control of her emotions. It was only a bit of pain. It was something she had to deal with her whole life. She should be used to it by now. But then again...she supposed this time it was a bit different. Fleur cursed the gods for letting her even come into the world this broken. No one should have to live this way. So sickly. So weak. She should have died when the doctors said so.
She pulled herself up just as the knock sounded on the wooden door. Her eyes grew wide in fear that he had just heard all that transpired on her side of the door. Of all the people that could have walked by her door at that moment, he was the last person she would have hoped for. A new wave of tears threatened her vision and so she blinked them away. Her voice was raspy as she called out, "I suppose so. It's not like I'm doing anything at the moment," her heavy french accent could be heard in every word, "Plus, I think I need your help to get to my bed. The doors not locked. Come in."
Fleur watched and waited for the door to be pushed open. She extended her hand to him so that he may come to her to help her to stand. "Please...just don't comment on my state. I'm fine. Really." Her weak smile did nothing to hide the physical pain she was in. She needed food. Water. Warmth. And Alastar's understanding. For she found that what she dreaded most of all at this moment...was being told she was of no use anymore. That he didn't need her anymore.

Alexander, with his impeccable hearing, could hear Raven's heart quicken. He saw the warm blood rush into her now flushed cheeks. Being near her made him feel human. At least, he supposed humanity was something like this. A beating heart and warmth. If anything he considered her the human he never was nor could be. And for that one fact alone, Alexander would forever be grateful for Raven's presence in his life. If there was a god, the immortal man would thank him every day for the miracle of this human girl.
Her laughter brought great joy into him and he couldn't help but smile wider. With one last squeeze, he placed her back down on the ground but his hands never left her body. They merely made their way up to her shoulders. He found that touching Raven made it easier to control his thirst. As of late, being around Raven was starting to become more difficult even with constant feeding. Because of her, however, he began to kill his victims less and less much to the displeasure of the other half of himself. Perhaps that was why he found himself craving her blood more than ever before.
Before the thought could overcome him, Alexander refocused on his girlfriend. "I apologize. I needed some time to myself for a bit. I just didn't realize that the last bell had rang. You know how easily engrossed I can be when it comes to playing." He turned and wrapped his arm around her shoulder to start walking back down the hallway in the direction of the dorms. He assumed she would want to be changing her clothing now that school was out.
"I'm glad. My day was made a lot better now as well." Alexander pretended to purse his lips and think really hard about her question, "Well I don't know...I think I'm failing some classes...perhaps I should just stay in tonight and study instead..." He laughed and placed a kiss on the side of her forehead, "Of course I do. I'd go anywhere with you so long as it made you happy. I know you've been looking forward to this night. I wouldn't want to share it with anyone else but you." Even though he held a dark secret, Alexander would always be a charming, well spoken gentleman. "Have a costume in mind? I'm not sure of what I should be to be honest. I don't have a costume picked out or anything."

αlastar ✄------------------------------------------ σ'Neill
xxx As soon as the crackly voice was heard through the door, giving him the go ahead, Alastar carefully stepped in. Fleur has asked him not to comment but as she came into view his eyes got wide and filled with concern and guilt. She may have been a bit weaker when they began their deal but she was worse and it was his fault. She had presented him with her arm but he refused it and bent down carefully to pick her up.
"Are you fine? Don't lie to me. I'm very perceptive." He grumbled the worry laced through his voice. He didn't want to keep hurting her. Alastar's eyebrows where knit and he just wanted to hug the human. But he knew if he did more than just carry her, he'd break her.
Setting Fleur down on her bed, an idea came to the vampire. "Tonight I am yours. Tell me what you want and I'll do it or get it." He looked at her and to the bathroom in her room. "Would you like some water ma'am? Or food?" He asked with a smile. If this was his fault the least he could do is make her feel better. Maybe get up the courage to have a feelings talk....or not.

Angelique de Vincent ╔══════════════════════════════╗ Angelique tried to deny the fact that there was nothing wrong with Raven. The very lack of anything wrong with Raven was what niggled at her insides. Raven was sweet, was mortal, and had a flesh-and-blood family that still lived. The mortal girl had everything that Angelique had lost and had been without for literally centuries. It was only part of the vampiress's nature to deeply envy the goth girl. More so, Angelique could not stand to look at other mortal girls. Like Raven, they too had everything the tiny vampiress desired. It was her intention to make Raven feel her hurt, though Raven could not understand the reason of her hate. Of course, it was never her intention to wound her boyfriend.
Angelique heard the disappointment in Edan's voice. She narrowed her eyes as it sent tiny, painful daggers through her heart. When he stepped away from her, the physical distance seemed to become a barrier between them. Even more daggers buried themselves in her chest, playing target practice with her emotions. Swiftly, Angelique gently wrapped her arms around Edan's abdomen. She buried her face in the fabric of his shirt and closed her eyes.
"I'm sorry, Edan. Really and truly sorry. I never meant to hurt you." With bright blue eyes, she looked up at him. "Do you forgive me?" ╚══════════════════════════════╝ OOC : ------

Raven felt herself become short of breath. Sometimes she wondered at the strange phenomenon. Usually, she found that she could not breathe around Alexander. Her breathing rate was normal around everybody else. When she was with him, the slightest touch sent her heart beating furiously. Raven knew it was because of her attraction to him and her feelings for him. Nothing else, she assumed, could do this to her. Even with his hands on her shoulders, Raven felt her heat beating rapidly, but not as fast as before. Not being able to resist, the girl brought her hands up and rested them over his arms. It was a connection that she hoped would never be broken.
Raven had to smile. "There's nothing to forgive, Alexander." She leaned forward on her toes to peck him on the lips. "It happens. I do it all the time. Don't you remember that day I was so engrossed in writing a poem? I'd forgotten I was supposed to meet you."
Raven leaned into his body as they walked from the practice rooms to the direction of the dorms. Alexander wrapped his arm around her shoulder, pulling her even closer. She had to smile brightly at his reply to her reply to his question. His next words made her heartstrings sing. "Aw, you're the sweetest," she sighed, looking up at him. A bright smile graced the edges of her pink lips. A few words almost made it past her lips, naturally so, but she had to stop herself. Her eyes wide, she had to make it appear as if she merely slipped. They were words she was not sure she should say as of yet, especially considering the circumstances: her first time in a relationship and her first time feeling such a way. It would not be good to say those words just yet.
Clearing her throat, Raven said, "Um, yeah, actually. In fact, I had it ready to go last year. Halloween is my time to shine." Raven stepped away from Alexander and looked the teenage boy up and down. "Black clothing, dark hair, pale skin... You don't need makeup, though I think you could use some red contacts and fangs. I'm thinking 'vampire.' Maybe...Count Dracula?"OOC : --------

Angelique de Vincent ╔══════════════════════════════╗ Those painful daggers buried themselves deeper into her chest. Wincing, Angelique snuggled her head deeper into Edan's chest. His warmth was wonderful. Were she to lose that, Angelique had no idea what she would do. Surely, the uncontrollable craving to devour flesh would consume her. She knew that it was possible that she might end up killing the entire mortal population at the school. In the past, she and Sebastian had destroyed entire villages simply for the pleasure of it. There was nothing stopping her herself from doing that same thing again. She did not want that destruction. Angelique knew it was selfish of her, but Edan was her anchor to her human senses. He kept the animal from resurfacing.
So, when he said, "Yeah, I forgive you," Angelique's eyes flew open. She looked up into the eyes of her boyfriend. They were resolute yet loving. Immediately, the tiny vampiress felt her lips curve into a relieved and grateful smile. He leaned down to wrap his arms around her and peck her on the nose. "But can we try and be nice to the 'weird' people?"
Angelique knew that he meant Raven. Oh how the claws of anger ripped through her! She could feel her furious and short temper rising easily. She did not particularly desire to be nice to the mortal girl. Physically, Angelique's smile faltered and she glanced to the side. She knew that, if she wanted Edan, then she had to do this for him. "Yes, I will be...'nice.'" Angelique did not have to be "nice" per say. She could be close to nice. That still counted, right? Regardless, she would try her hardest to balance herself between Edan and her own instincts. The last thing she wanted to do was lose him.
He leaned down to whisper, "Now, how about that dance? I want to actually do some sort of date where I can actually be a functional boyfriend. Now that I am no longer bound in plaster."
At his proximity, Angelique felt her body gravitate closer towards him. Those chemicals of pleasure exploded through her body, though they merely felt like burning upon her flesh. In turn, the tiny vampiress leaned in closer to his face and inhaled the sweet, musky scent of his skin. "Do you really have to ask? You know my answer." She sighed, coming to terms that he wanted a solid answer. "My answer is 'yes.'" ╚══════════════════════════════╝ OOC : ------

『xYou are E N D L E S S and I can't B R E A T Hx』 ʏou ᴀʀᴇ ʙʟιɴᴅιɴԍ ɴow ι { cᴀɴ'т sᴇᴇ } ↶ As soon as the look of guilt was apparent on his face, Fleur felt her heart drop straight into her empty stomach. Of it's own accord no doubt. It's not like she didn't expect this. Soon he would tell her that this couldn't go on. That he wouldn't continue to take the blood of such a weak girl. A dying girl. Any creature like him would do so...wouldn't they? She was still waiting for this little dream they had going to end. That one day he would become like Sebastian because in her mind...they were all like that deep down inside. Even the sweet little Angelique.
She couldn't think about that girl. It was still painful.
And so, when Alastar bent to pick her up in his arms, Fleur's eyes widened in shock. His touch was gentle, as if he were afraid if he applied too much pressure that he would break her. Her body responded automatically by wrapping her arms around his broad shoulders. Her hands barely touched together behind his head. She watched him with confusion as he asked his questions. Then it was time for her stubbornness to show. She pursed her lips and looked away as he sat her down on the bed. During the movement she answered, "I am as fine as I've ever been. Really."
Once on the bed, Fleur picked up the edges of the comforter and wrapped them about her shoulders as a slight shiver made it course down her spine. She immediately regretted her stubborn retort though when he spoke again. She looked up once again with confusion in her eyes. They soon softened though with gratitude, her eyes looked more alive than when he first entered the room. She smiled lightly and nodded her head, "I would like water...and food would probably be nice. Merci. You don't have to do this though." That dance was tonight. For all she knew, Alastar might have had a date for tonight and now, because of her, he would not go. I mean, who wouldn't ask him out? She was sure he had a lot of girls accost him daily. She wouldn't know. This particular mortal girl only saw him sparingly and it was rarely in public. "You probably have plans tonight right? At the dance?" She smiled sadly and looked back down at her toes, "You can go if you want...No one asked me to...with them I mean. And I haven't been talking to anyone lately, so I doubt they even remember I exist. There would be no point for me to go and I wouldn't want to be the reason that you didn't."

Alexander feigned hurt. He leaned his head down and shook it sadly making his long, jet black hair shield his smiling face. "How could I forget? I was waiting there for you for what seemed like forever. Thinking to myself 'Ah perhaps it was all a dream. Raven was too good to be true.'" He laughed and hugged her tightly to him for a moment.
He didn't say anything to her remark about him being sweet. Personally he'd never categorize himself as such. He was just being himself. It made him feel rather good to know that she thought that was good enough for her. Being with Raven like this made him remember a time when Milly was alive. She was like this. Though he would never fully compare them to each other for each girl was different and special in their own way.
He felt Raven's body tense up a bit though. When he looked down at her, she looked as if she was about to say something but stopped herself. He knew that feeling all too well whenever he was on the verge of revealing his biggest secret to her. His immortality and his thirst for human blood. For human destruction. But he could only guess at what it was she wanted to say but didn't. His eyes wer filled with confusion but he put that aside when she cleared her throat.
He had to smile at her statement. "Of course. How did I know that Halloween was your most favorite holiday? I can't wait to see what you have in store for tonight then." He watched her looking him up and down, oddly enough making him feel a bit self-conscious. If he could have blushed he would have done so. Instead he replaced the feeling with a cocky smile and poise for her. His smile faltered a bit though when her suggestion for a costume sounded in the hallway. An uneasy laugh erupted from his chest, "A vampire huh? Well I suppose it fits. Seeing as I have the wardrobe for it and all. I have some of my father's clothing. I'll use that and make something work. Now come on. They said they were serving dinner at the dance so we might as well spend the rest of the time getting ready."
He led her to the dorms and stopped at the top of the stairs before they went their separate ways. He put his hand on the small of her back and pulled her close. Brushing a strand of hair away from her face, Alexander placed a small kiss on her lips, "Come to my room with your costume and whatever you need. Let's get ready together. That way I can have your approval of my costume." He smiled and then turned to go to his own room to await her.
