Hello!
It's been one helluva week,
and a late Saturday.
Woke up, went to the computer,
fell asleep while waiting for it to boot up from 'Sleep Mode',
ironically enough...
and fell asleep again while watching a video.

It's from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Sokka is basically drunk on cactus juice, and there's this big explosion in the distance with a cloud that looks like a mushroom. So, he goes:
"It's a... giant mushroom! MAYBE IT'S FRIENDLY! Friendly mushroom! Mushy giant friend!" and it's hilarious... yeah...

I saw this show once.
And this guy was all " I shotted the president."
And the president was all " Four score and seven beers ago my wife brought me to this dumb play and *BOOM*"

I found the series to be marginally amusing.
I watched it with my sister, since I didn't have much to do at the time.
I do feel the overwhelming urge to blast the TV with an RPG when they go for the kiddy love.
As if young children really knew much about that subject to begin with.
But that's just me being cynical.
I did manage to complete the series eventually.
The third season seemed to be very rushed, as if they compressed two seasons in the last minute.
Not unlikely, given budget situations...
In the end, it was a little over 'Meh'...
somewhat entertaining, to give it some credit.
I've seen and read enough anatomy to give me an edge.
At least, in some terms...
like how your muscles use only around one in ten of their fibers
in order to conserve energy.
And how adrenaline bursts can activate a lot more of them,
thus accounting for some reports of people having momentary bursts of super-human strength.
And that the brain transfers relevant short-term memory into long-term memory during REM sleep.
And not to mention how every human being was a female at one point in their life,
due to how fetuses start out as female,
and as they mature,
hormone levels determine how the development will occur.
