Her hands seem a little small and arms a bit short.
Hair's fine.

The arm is a bit long (try bending you own arm and feel where the elbow hits on your side) but other than that it looks lovely. For the style you're going for the head is proportional as is (and I love her hair) biggrin As for the hand, it is a bit small but not by much (again, place your hand against your cheek to get an idea of how big the hand should be in comparison to other parts.)
In any case, it's better than what I do XP

Yup, the arm is a bit long-ish.. and a bit skinny, but it depends on the body type you were going for, so it could be realistic. Hands a little short, and her torso is a bit long, but that could be accounted for either a different body-type.. or the fact that her boobs are too high.
Also, her ear is a bit high as the tops of your ears should approximately line up with the eyes.
And, of course, the head. But the style counts for that.^^
