Is the reviewing and granting verification of new characters going more on You, Red, or more on Necro?

On occasion, Necro and I are asked to give additional opinions on a character, especially if they do something unusual. It's mostly Arena, though. ^^ He has the final say on all things.

The whole Nightmarescape thing was surprisingly limited in use, and I could think of several rather easy ways to entirely shut it down, so it's not overpowered. As long as it isn't totally hax, I don't care about the rest (that's all personal choice), so... yeah. XD I was cool with it.

I was thinking on having all of his leveled skills be custom skills.

Most characters are only allowed a few custom skills. *Shrugs* MegaTen isn't a series where a whole bunch of customs are really that appropriate.

just joking, but yeah, I have many ideas for him, and I wanted Nightmarescape to be the stepping stone of him. Fear me~
