Ooh, teleportation? thought Sorcerer as he took another drink of Sounds like fun. Wonder if there are any spells for that... He stopped thinking about it and continued paying attention to Blink. He laughed. "C'mon, you can't be that old." He thought about his name. He certainly didn't like any of his ties to his father, so he figured ignoring his name for a while wouldn't hurt. "A teacher, you say? What do you teach?" he said, interested.

"That's sweet, but I'm on the records as twenty-four, that's ancient to a kid like you," She said with a smile.
"Anyways, my specialty is Shakespearean and English literature analysis, but I also do general English education, I did introductory foreign language a couple semesters but they found someone better suited," She said with a smile. "I'll teach younger kids occasionally. Depends on the semester and the need." She took a sip of her pineapple juice with a smile.
"So Sorcererer, is it? What's the talent you've been blessed with?"

"Shakespearean? Like the Hamlet play?" he asked intrigued. Scales came back with his burger and put it on the counter. Sorcerer smiled and took a big bite of it. It was delicious. He wiped off his mouth. "My mutation?" he said, thinking on how best to explain it. "I suppose you could say it's magic. All those spells you see in books and TV shows and video games, they all work for me. Of course, it takes a lot of study and practice to get proficient. It's really hard to explain." He wondered. He put his hand up to his glass of Mtn Dew. "Here, a demonstration." He focused on the glass and a white aura grew around his hand. Freeze. he said simply, but the way he said it sounded different, as if the air around him spoke as well.
The drink grew colder very quickly, and condensation formed on the outside of the glass. Sorcerer withdrew his hand. "That, is a very weak version of the spell. Normally it would freeze it all the way through, as well as spike upwards." he drank from the glass. "Nice and cold." he said, smiling. He always did love showing off.

"I suppose Hamlet is an example but I prefer the comedies. For example the Tempest. I am currently rereading The Taming of the Shrew actually. One of my favorites," She said with a smile. "And we don't consider our powers 'mutations' though I suppose genetically you would call it a mutation. Our powers are gifts. Gifts to be embraced."
She inspected his glass of mountain dew and listened to his explanation, "So you manipulate reality? It's a rare talent. Warp does that. So does Myth. Of course there powers work slightly differently. That is how it always seems to work. Warp is the leader of the Brotherhood and Myth is the leader of the X-men if you weren't aware. Warp used his power earlier this week to rewire a Sentinel, it was impressive. Of course he has to know the science behind what he is doing and all the parts of the equation."
She shrugged. She felt the kid would fit in with his flare for liking to show off and also his strength of power. Who knew, she might actually have him in one of her classes.

"I've never read the Taming of the Shrew." said Sorcerer, taking another bite of his burger. "Maybe I'll read it in one of your classes? And as for our powers being gifts, that's true enough." He listened about the other two who somewhat shared a portion of his ability. "It seems to be a recurring pattern. To manipulate something you have to learn the theories behind it. Warp has to learn the sciences, I have to bury my head in spell books, shows, and games all in the sake of research." He shrugged. "But anyways, what's the Brotherhood like? Do they really fight back against the MRD? And what's with the X-Men?" Sorcerer didn't usually ask questions, but he was really new to all of it, and figured Blink might know a bit more than he did, considering she had been here longer.

"The Brotherhood do fight back against the MRD. They've broken into MRD Headquarters, saved homo-superiors, interrupted rallies, and done less 'good guy' sort of things in their quest for rights. The X-men, think that homo-superiors and homo-sapiens can work together and come to peace," Blink replied.
"The Brotherhood is mostly guys-sorry there's a girl now- that want to get back at those who hurt them before, in my opinion," Blink said. "Of course this new MRD head is going to force our hand one way or another. Me? I'm just interested in protecting my home."

Sorcerer thought back to his days living with his father. "Sounds like a good cause. I guess we all need a place to call home, right? Being caged is what triggers people to fight back." He nodded. He finished his burger and gave Scales $10 for the food. He looked back at Blink. "So you do housing, right? Happen to have an empty apartment somewhere? I wouldn't mind a place to sleep for tonight." he said, gesturing to his rucksack.

"Actually, I haven't been the main one in housing for a while. I know Erida has a free room but I'm not on talking terms with her since she broke into my apartment," Blink said. "I actually have a free room at my new apartment. I was supposed to have a roommate but she moved in with Warp. Personality differences."
Blink frowned, "Can't imagine why... I've lived with women before and not had problems. I would offer to let you crash in Warp's apartment since he's camping right now but the last time I pulled a stunt like that he got back at me and the other guy... actually Warp never told me what he did to me. That kind of worries me."
She smiled and said, "But I have a free room at my place. Don't worry, I'm not a cougar. We can find you a better apartment in a couple days if you want. Apartments are hard to come by right now with the influx of homo-superiors. The MRD is really cutting down on our people so of course they come here for sanctuary."

Sorcerer laughed. "Don't worry. Something tells me that wouldn't be an issue." Sorcerer had a girlfriend a year younger than him back home while on the run. They broke up pretty quickly, since he was always moving from place to place. Having a girlfriend just didn't seem something he could do. It didn't even really matter to him, so he never really thought about it. Blink might have been cute and all, but she was way too old. Maybe if she were closer to 18.
"Anyways, how about we head over now? If you're done eating, of course." he said, somewhat courteously. The girl was offering to let him stay with her, the least he could do was be nice. And something about Genosha being filled with people like him made him feel more at home, so he would probably be nice anyway.

Sebastian stuck the needle in Dmitri's arm. He pulled on it so the blood came out. He pulled it out and went to the dashboard where he pulled out the vials of the Serum. He placed a couple drops in each and returned it all to his pocket. He looked back at the other two. "No, the lemur is not necessary. Dmitri's blood, however, is. Felicia, if you would retrieve Mr. Nixon and I will explain the plan from here." His mind was racing. There went his credibility out the window, but so long as the deal went fine without anyone noticing, then they would all return to the School perfectly fine, and Sebastian would be rid of several problems. His intentions where good, but whether anyone saw that didn't matter.

Felicia nodded and went back outside toward the forest. It didn't take long for her to find him. She shifted into her normal foxgirl form, "Hey Myth! Physik needs to talk to you back on the jet."

a.k.a. Myth  Upon hearing the lemur wasn't even necessary, Myth let out a sigh. His worst suspicions about Physik's intentions were confirmed. He returned to the jet at Felicia's call. "You don't know my reputation," She answered to Sorcerer, before holding up her glass and saying, "And all I was doing at the moment was drinking."
She drained the glass and set it on the bar and said, "Scales be a doll and put it on my credit." The bartender nodded as Blink returned her attention to Sorcerer. "Usually I just teleport wherever I want to go but I figure you probably would want to see the city more before you head in for the night so we can walk if you prefer. The city is pretty at this time of night and none of my recent hook ups are out around this side of town at this time so I'm good."
