The Safehouse {private}

She laughed, pulling him out of the room, out of the safehouse, and into her car, driving to the prom.

"Of course not, but we need masks first."

"on it." he smiled, pulling out matching masks with a smile. "gotta love magyck" he hummed softly.

"Wow," he breathed. "They're beautiful." Inna pulled Night into a kiss, smiling.

"thanks." night hummed, kissing back softly. "i think i got them period accurate... they're supposed to look like the ones from Renaissance Venice"

"They're perfect," he whispered, pulling away and tying his on. "How do I look? I haven't worn a mask since I used to act in the plays back in Rome."

"you look amazing." he smiled softly and then put his on too. "how's this?" he asked, tipping his head to the side slightly. "i think i might've worn one in a past life.. but i dunno..." he shrugged.

"Tell about your past lives...at least the ones you remember."

"i only know bit.... iris to unlock ll our past lives..." he sighed, closing his eyes. "so far... there's Venice, ancient Greece, and... i think a few more... " he sighed, opening them again

Inna smiled. "We should figure them out, together."

"i'd like that." he hummed, a bright smile on his face

"Now let's get going!" he laughed as he pulled Night from the house, into Axel's car, and sped to the prom.

Night gave a soft chuckle as he was pulled along, shaking his head slightly.

Snowdrop gave a soft sigh as she slipped out of the room, silently moving back to the corner she'd been sitting in before. "you'd better not die on me mockingbird...." she whispered, holding onto the wall slightly.

off in two separate rooms, both Drake and Xaene were having nightmares; each one curling into their lovers from fear.

Both men awoke, concerned by their lovers' fright.

"Xaene?" whispered Dominick as he slightly shook his fiance's shoulders. "Baby, wake up! It's just a dream."
Grigorii lifted Drake into a sitting position, leaning Dtake on his chest. "What is it, beautiful? You need to wake up and tell me."

Xaene's face was twisted in pain, his hands curled around dominick's shirt.

Drake had a look of pure terror on his face, his entire body shaking as he slept.

snow gave a frown as her eyes flashed a bright green, moving silently through the house as she checked on both boys before returning to her corner with a frown.
