(Neko, training can be done any time, any where. Running around the village with heavy weights would make you stronger...and you don't need a sensei for that. wink Oh dear, I'm starting to sound like a monk, for some reason blaugh )

time to test the plan out
*brile then uses his chakra to take up a small boulder and then walk on the side of a tree and sees how long he can stay*

i'm not exactly sure but i think it is 30kg
well i'm going to get used to it a little before we start

"Well, 30kg added to the 20kg on my legs makes 50kg..." Kouga said as he took off his clothes, leaving his pants on and put on the weights. Hmm...so now I'm carrying more than my own weight. Interesting...He thought.
Kouga began flexing his joints with the new weights on, then began to do sprinting drills. This is a lot harder than before...he thought.
