I've just been accepted (thank you!) and would like to know if there are any very active people as I will be quite active myself and would enjoy joining a village where there are others that are the same. smile

Well your pretty...uh...happy? lol Well active villages we have are...atm, Kumogakure/Kirigakure/Amegakure/Takigakure.
So, any of those would work perfectly smile I would say Konoha but....most of their members are either currently in the nightmare realm or away doing whatever it is they are doing outside of the Fire Country. So...yeah lol

My RP characters are always quite... intense though lol
I was also wondering, how do you guys determine the success of a jutsu or the outcome in a fight lets say? Things like dodging blows or a genjutsu even working on it's target? I couldn't find anything about it in the starter thread and the posts I've read people seem to make up their own mind whether someone hits them or not so I'm unsure.
I'm sad my usual Sunagakure isn't open for admissions crying I shall have to decide between the others!

The sand village may be close but my rpc is the sand village, so you can join whatever village you want and then swear alleigance to me, that would give me 2 members biggrin we determine jutsu by "you shoot it at them, then they try to block or dodge if they can, if they cant it hits them. genjutsu work unless you have one of the few things that deflects them, or you have ways to break out. each method of breaking out can only break one of them per post, except for sharingan, which is pretty much immune unless theirs is double youre rank. Basically alot of people just auto dodge, and if the other person thinks their dodge is BS they ask the crew. Theres usually a crew member reading any fight thats going on. There is a practice battle for what it should be like in the starter thread, but its kind of outdated now. I still like it there :3

Could someone make sure I did my post right in the "Up is Down and Down is Up" thread place please? I wanna make sure it's long enough (which it should be) and correct for that matter. @~@ Took me forever to figure out what to do.
