Sky0814 I feel as though code geas is a revamped death note but i am watching it, Gundam has a story line but also has many alternate futures and OVAs not even Code Geass is a psychological thriller, but it does a much better job at keeping suspense, unlike death note. I could usually guess what Light was going to do, but Lelouch kept me guessing the entire time....especially the very end of R2...omg

You cant lie and say Lelouch and Light aren't similar??? Both are all like with my new power, i'll cleanse this earth!!!!!!!!!!! Lol, well Death Note's ending was bullshit to me and don't spoil geas for me :/

i am currently 'playing' asura's wrath. i put playing in quotation marks cause like 90% quick time events and cutscenes. And has chapters. which last at most about 20 mins each.

TheWingsOfTheGods i am currently 'playing' asura's wrath. i put playing in quotation marks cause like 90% quick time events and cutscenes. And has chapters. which last at most about 20 mins each. So in other words, you are watching an interactive movie?

Lol, well Death Note's ending was bullshit to me and don't spoil geas for me :/ Yeah, wait until you set to season two. Lelouch is a much better than light in my opinion. He is a badass mother ******** who I would give my life to serve. I had a crush on him when I first saw Code Geass. Man was that three weeks fun as hell.

I never said they weren't the same, even though they're not. They are very similar, but just having the same goals doesn't mean they are the same. Would you say Takizawa from Eden of the East is the same as well, simply because he wants to help the world?
Lelouch had a long time plan going to bring down his father's empire, while Light's crusade was brought on by a sudden gift. Their personalities were different as well. Even though Lelouch held his goal very close to him, he never let it get in the way of his normal life, while Light began to distance himself from everyone he knew. Light also worked and felt the need to be secretive, while Lelouch put his identity in jeopardy many times to get his information.
