Donovan could feel her smiling into the kiss and had to force himself not to smile as well. He found it more difficult to kiss with one person smiling. The two of them smiling? It would be impossible. Letting his eyes drift shut, he felt her grip on his forearm. For some reason he couldn't understand, it made the moment all the more perfect, to him anyway. At least, it would have been perfect if not for the less than inappropriate thoughts he'd had while kissing her neck which had an embarrassing effect on him. Luckily, or so he thought, it wasn't visibly noticeable, yet.

((OMG I can't think of anything to do. Sorry for not replying back for so long. I been busy with a lot of stuff in real life. School just started back.))
Elizabeth pulled away from his lips to take a small breath of air. She pressed her forhead against his as she tried to calm down her racing heart in her chest. She rubbed one of her legs against his side gently as she lifted it slightly.

((It seems like everyone is hectically busy except me! T.T ))
Donovan blinked his eyes open when she pulled away. When she pressed her forehead to his, he smiled and closed his eyes again. His pulse resounded in his ears, making it sound like someone was beating a bass drum inside his head. Just beyond the beating of his own heart, Donovan's sharp hearing picked up Elizabeth's. The fact that he could get it beating so quickly made him smile.
When her leg rubbed against his side, he inhaled sharply, his eyes snapping open. She certainly wasn't making this easy for him. Was she teasing him on purpose? It certainly felt like it.

Elizabeth had perposly rubbed her leg against him to tease him slightly however thinking wrong of herself she stopped moving her leg and opened her deep blue eyes. "Donovan... do you wish me to stop," she asked him lightly in wonder. She knew he did not want to go far and with her teasing it might cause him to do something he did not wish to do. She did not want this to happen so she thought it best to ask first.

Donovan was grateful when she stopped rubbing her leg against him and, when she opened her eyes, all thoughts left his mind for the second before she spoke. He blinked, thinking over her words. Did he want her to stop? Yes? No? To be honest, he didn't know anymore. "I don't know," he told her honestly. "but keep in mind, if you continue, I won't be able to stop myself." But, then again, he wasn't entirely sure if he wanted to.

Elizabeth smiled warmly at his words. She already knew if she continued he most likely won't be able to hold himself back, but she really did not care. "If you make up your mind and you wish to not continue just tell me," she said before she placed her lips on his cheek and kissed him. Soon she began to kiss her way down his neck to his shoulder as she began to rub her leg once more against his side though slightly rougher then before. The hand she had placed on his forarm tightened its grip around him slightly before it to began to rub up and down along his arm.

Donovan slowly nodded at her words, feeling his pounding heart beat even faster, if that was possible. When she kissed her cheek, he let his eyes fall shut again. At her kisses and her touch, he could feel his body reacting, feel this want that was so foreign to him and yet welcomed. And it didn't take long at all for him to reach the point of no return.
((Probably best to do a time skip right about now. And I got to go. ): ))

Elizabeth stared at Donovan with her eyes half open, her heart still pounding against her ribcage. She gave him a gentle kiss against his temple then his cheek before she placed her lips on his giving him a gentle but passionate kiss. She stayed there for a moment to enjoy the feeling of their lips together.

Donovan stared up at the ceiling in a daze. Even after everything he'd heard and read about in the media or books, he hadn't expected anything that... that... He couldn't even find a word to describe it. It had left him breathless, his heart racing like never before.
When he felt a pair of soft lips against his temple, then cheek, he turned his head in time to catch her lips with his. Rolling onto his side towards her, he wrapped his arms around her, pulling her even closer. He never wanted to be apart from her, ever.

Elizabeth ran her fingers through his thick locks as she deepened the kiss. When she felt his hand along her side and was pulled closer she held in her smile. Suddenly the thought of what he was thinking about ran across her mind and she stared gently into his eyes. She could feel the light beatting of his chest, or what she thought it was his. She could never tell seeing as her heart was beatting at a faster pace then usual as well.

Donovan nearly purred when he felt Elizabeth's fingers running through his hair. He felt her smile into the kiss when he pulled her closer and he had to force himself not to smile as well. Unfortunately, his need to breathe forced him to reluctantly pull out of the kiss. Resting his forehead against hers, he stared back into her eyes, a small smile forming at his lips. He could hear her heart racing and feel his own. This moment was perfect, so perfect he half wondered if he was actually asleep and was dreaming. Oh how cruel that would be.
Reaching up, he brushed a few strands of hair away from her face. She was so beautiful, so perfect. How had he been lucky enough to get her as a wife? She's not yours. He pushed the thought away. Theo was dead. Despite how much it hurt him to think that, it was true. His brother, his other half, was gone and now Elizabeth was his. If ever joy and grief could mix, that was it.
