Reaver had already lunged at her, not using his claws, or his sickles, but an axe.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

Haytham just remained where she was. She knew there would be no point in fighting back. She was going to end up dying one way or another.  

[Zahzi]

The axe stopped right on her forehead, the blade resting on the skin.
"Why?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Why do I not fight? Because fighting you is pointless. No matter what I do, it will still end in my death." Haytham answered plainly.  

[Zahzi]

"And yet you forced me to let my prey live? You're pitiful..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I did not force you. I just asked for help which only took you two minutes once you agreed. You were the one who started the argument, which took fifteen minutes..."  

[Zahzi]

"It only takes a moment for prey to escape." Reaver growled, the hand on the Axe clenching.
"You allowed someone who has sealed a building filled with children to burn."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"If you had just helped me to begin with, you would have caught him!" Haytham snapped, flinching back slightly so her head was no longer touching the axe.  

[Zahzi]

"Perhaps you've never seen prey run." Reaver said, staring at her.
"The moment you ASKED me to help you it was too late."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"If that's the case then your prey was long gone."  

[Zahzi]

"If I stopped going after him yes. But because you just couldn't get to your brother on your own, a demon worse than me still lives."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"If he knew you were there, then no doubt he ran away long before I came."  

[Zahzi]

"He was taunting me as I was cutting his people down."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I heard... And saw him run when you began..."  

[Zahzi]

"He was still there."
