Releasing his lips for a moment, but keeping them only a centimeter or so away from the pink lips of Jounouchi he asked softly, "You okay? If I'm being too aggressive... just slap me or bite me..." He chuckled lightly, "Although I might enjoy the latter... better not." He pecked the other affectionately on the lips again before telling him, "Just let me know. I won't force you this time... not this time, or ever again. I promise."

Jounouchi was panting softly, his face flushed and his lower lip trembling slightly, "I-I..." he shook his head slightly, "I-I really need more time to clear my head before this goes any further..." he took a step back from Malik, seeming so much more timid and unsure than how Jounouchi normally way. He rose his hand up to his face and rubbed his temples with his fingers. "I... I think I better be going for now..." he turned around nervously so his back was to Malik.
((Ah, sorry dear, but I can hardly keep my eyes open. Think I'm gonna go to bed now. Heh, Super Bowl's tomorrow, and I'm celebrating by having friends over to watch Okane ga Nai and play Rock Band. biggrin Did you know Super Bowl this year is right where I am? The stadium it's being held at is about a 15 minute drive from my house. XD;; Tomorrow will be interesting... good night!))

Not that he wasn't actually swimming with excitement and hoping with all his might that Jounouchi would choose something in his favor... but it was upsetting to see it all end so abruptly. That wasn't very romantic at all. "Do you want me to walk you home at least...?" He finally agreed upon, compromising to the best of his ability. He stood up from his position on the ground and tried to catch his breath as he waited for Jounouchi's response.

((O_o Erm... well, no. I'm not too into sports, and the ones I am into I'd prefer to play rather than watch... just not my thing. I don't even know what state the Patriots represent. ^^;;
And no, cut him some slack. D:< He just made a giant change in his life so don't expect him to suddenly want to go all the way so soon. XD;; ))
Jounouchi turned to face Malik again, his timidity ((or is it timidness? o.o)) still evident in his expression, but also a new type of nervousness seeming to be there. "Um... nah, it's fine. It's a reletively short walk anyway..." he looked away, "Listen, I'm not... I'm not ending this, okay? I just want to sort things out with myself first... erm..." he blushed slightly, "Just... give me some time, okay?"

I just got really depressed about their lost... because... well, let's just say it put the cherry on the top of a horrible day... x_x Friend, family and still being sick troubles... crying ... whatever... lot's of violence from me cause I had nobody to rant to. Malik sighed, cocked his head and gave the blond a titled smile. He moved his hair back in place a bit and sighed. "I'm okay with that... I guess." He took a step forward and gave Jounouchi a tight hug before quickly letting go.
"... you made me... really happy today." He said quietly. "... if you want to call me... you can. And we can just talk, y'know. If that is easier for you..."

"Bye..." Jounouchi waved back before putting his shoes on and leaving the apartment. He closed the door behind him, then let out a large sigh, finally letting his guard down completely now that he was alone. Why had he done that...? Could he... could he really have feelings for Malik that even he wasn't aware of? Or what if it was weird supernatural things happening again. Jounouchi brushed some bangs that were sticking to his forehead as a few beads of sweat rolled down it. He could feel his face heating up again as he remembered that contact with Malik... letting out another sigh, Jounouchi stood up straight and began walking towards the stairs.
((Well, he definitely doesn't wanna go home, and he doesn't want to have that phone conversation with Yuugi and the others near, so he's actually going to the park to use a payphone. XD;;

Holding a plastic bag, Ryuuji Otogi walked up the steps to Malik's apartment. Stupid Malik, bringing alchohol to his party. All the girls who had drank ended up having to sleep over. That was just horrible. The teen laughed to himself. No, he was actually glad for that. It'd been one good party.
Besides that fact that Honda probably hated him right now. He tried to put those thoughts aside and focus on the present task. That's when he spotted the blond... walking towards him... Jounouchi was the main the source of last night's issue. What was he doing here?! Didn't he hate Malik now or something? Otogi was pretty sure that not a lot of kids from Domino lived in this complex either... and it would've been too big of a coincidence.
"Yo, blondie." Otogi said cooly, smirking in the other's direction.
Malik sighed strolling to his kitchen to get a drink of water. He... couldn't believe it... Jounouchi had...
He closed his eyes and tried his best to remember the moment. It had been so... perfect. He hadn't had a kiss that good in a long time...
He let out a girly squeal and jumped up and down exitedly for a moment before spinning back around and picking up his kitten. "Rami-chan! I'm so happy!" He exclaimed before rubbing the kittens nose against his own."
((Going to dinner bbl... dunno if I'll see ya. But anyway baii!))

Jounouchi jumped upon hearing the familiar voice, looking over at Otogi nervously. 's**t...' Jounouchi hadn't mentally put his walls back up yet. He had let all of his guard down after leaving Malik's apartment so he could just thinking, not expecting to come across any obstacles in the process. "O-otogi..." he laughed nervously, quickly brushing some more bangs out of his face, even though they fell right back. He was trying his best to act normal, but he wasn't doing too great of a job. "What are you doing here...?"

Jounouchi eyed the bag Otogi was holding before snarling a bit, "Why do you care?" Hearing that Malik had brought those drinks to the party caused some anger to flare back up with him, so he was able to act how he normally did around Otogi.

"And I'm not saying you can't be friends... but after what he did to you, don't you think it would be risky?"
