reg try to even out the dark colour
its too top heavy
try a black class sock on the bottom
and maybe card shark bands on the arms?

The socks seem a bit too dark to me. Are there any in the dark-blue of your hair? Otherwise great. 8/10

7/10. The red eye tattoo is a bit much and doesn't work well with the rest of the avi. And the reds on the bottom are a darker shade.
I would try some red hats or hair accessories to accent the reds on the bottom and on the hands.
