Oh man. 6 months on testosterone, 6 months being openly trans, 6 months loving myself... biggrin Also there's a pasta commercial now I want pasta. But damn, I love being a man. Gonna get top surgery soon, too!!! We sent in the papers and we're just (eagerly) waiting for a response from the surgeon about meeting her! She's a trans woman and the entire place is geared toward trans people which is great because I can go there for any exams and stuff which are invasive and I'm scared to let normal doctors do.

6 months of testosterone, top surgery on the way, name change done! biggrin After all that, birth certificate and driver's license sex change will be made official!!!

Somebody sent me a whole list of Lord of the Rings characters and asked who I'd marry and why. My response: "Faramir! Gorgeous man with a heart of gold enough to make a poor man rich!" Like damn, I think that's the greatest compliment I've ever given and like... it's to a fictional character. sweatdrop

Millions of ideas left bountiful like plants within an overgrown garden. They sprouted food first, simply enough that I may have sustained myself. Each plant an idea, and every idea something great. Yet these plants which I cultivated I’d never suspected would become invasive. They’ve grown far faster and far more impossibly recklessly than anyone could predict. Now it’s war between every plant, roots choking one another out for sunlight, begging me and pleading I write them onto paper yet new ideas grow stronger and kill those which just pleaded helplessly, now lying as withered vines upon abandoned houses falling into dust. However can gardeners regain control when nature’s course plotted them for ruin upon their very contraception?

My professor is insane. I mean, he means well with his teachings, and at least he realizes when he's been rude then makes up for it oftentimes yet not always, but SEVERAL things have happened thus far proving his insanity. And I've only had his class twice.

Note, everything this professor says is announced to the entire class. Nothing is private, and all his words are loud and clear for the next 50 miles for anybody to hear he's so loud.

One girl raised her hand. "Professor?"
"Yes?"
"I think this class may be a little too basic for me," she said.
Frowning, the professor walked to a large box and dragged it into the center of the room. Pointing to the girl before the entire class he said, "Open your drawing pad and draw this box for me. If you can draw it perfectly then you can take another class."
The girl, confused, proceeded to draw, the professor stalking right over her shoulder. Upon finishing, she showed him.
The professor frowned once more. "My dear, you can't draw. You can create but you can't draw."
The girl pulled out her phone and displayed drawings she did. I personally didn't see them, but the professor argued then, "That is just tracing. Art isn't just copying and tracing it's creating."
The girl told him she didn't trace those drawings.
"Well still, you can't draw," he told before the entire class again. "You need to take this class and learn how to draw."

---------------------------------------------------------

The professor began teaching everyone 1 and 2 point perspective drawing. When done, he asked everybody to draw boxes in 1 and 2 point perspective without his guidance. He walked around, commenting on everybody's work.
"This is unacceptable," he said to one. "Erase it. Do it all over again."
The student had legit no option but to erase the drawing and start from nothing.
The professor returned. "No, still wrong. This is unacceptable. Practice at home, and you need to get this right. Do it again."
From there, the professor proceeded to walk to everyone and whoever's drawings were not absolutely perfect done in the exact order with 100% perfect and even proportions, he told them to erase and redo the drawing all over again. 5 students, myself included, had to do this.
"Unacceptable. No. Wrong. This is entirely wrong." His harsh critique knew no end.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

When our class began and everybody received syllabuses, and multiple things were listed which everyone needed to buy, each item VERY specific. One item was an 18x24 inch drawing pad.
One girl who came into class with a huge smile on her face, joyous and entirely prepared with all her materials and drawing board and portfolio perfectly set up, opened her drawing pad.
The professor walked to this girl and frowned. "Unacceptable," he said, grabbing her drawing pad. He flipped it to the cover and set it before her, pointing to the text. "You aren't going to get an A in my class. You will not do well in my class. I specifically said 75-80 pound drawing paper and you're using SKETCH paper that's 50 pounds. It needs to be 75-80 pounds! This is unacceptable!!"
Mind you, we needed to buy all our materials ourselves, and the drawing pads are minimum $40 each. With content inside it already this poor girl couldn't return the pad. Not to mention she's now required to drop another $40+ on another pad just because she accidentally bought the wrong paper.

--------------------------------------------

While the professor went around checking everyone's 1 point perspective boxes he stopped about 1/3 of the way around the circle.
"Ok. You know what? None of you know how to draw straight lines. Your homework tonight: draw 100 boxes."
We confusedly remained silent.
"You need to learn how to draw!" he argued. "None of you know how to draw, and none of you know how to draw a straight line! How can you draw if you can't even make a basic line?!"
Toward the end of class there was roughly 45 minutes left. The professor said, despite class being finished, "If you're done with your perspective drawings do the homework."
He wouldn't let anyone go until they finished the homework.

-----------------------------------------------

This is just a 101 course. It's the basic one. Like... the kind you'd take just for fun. But this class isn't anything fun. I'm just damn glad I have patience because if I didn't I'd have walked the hell out of there on the first day. There's a lot I can learn with this professor's rigid teachings, but I'm not very fond of him overall.

So I’m aiming for next Friday for my brown belt test! biggrin I’m prepared, but I need to work on my endurance. A lot. Because I’ve got to do all of the following:

15 minutes of fighting against the bag at full speed and power
50 pushups
50 leg lifts
50 squats
2 minutes of jumping jacks nonstop
4 minutes holding a squat
4 minutes grappling with students
9 minutes sparring with the teacher where I need to take him down 3 times minimum
2 minutes sparring with students
And all of this is without stopping or break between each exercise. This, alongside all my demonstrations of kicks, punches, escapes, and Brazilian Jiu-Jiutsu, I’m ******** dead. And I haven’t even taken the test yet though practice was basically doing the test just at a far more lenient pace.

I cut 3 knuckles open while doing rounds on the bag. Now they sting.

I looked like I took 4 showers by the time I was done.

Ugh... My torn knuckles sting so bad and everything they touch hurts. Sweat. Heat. Cold. Leather. Cotton. Paper. It's all agony and I want to just bandage these things to hell and back!!!

I just watched Castlevania and the only reason Alucard felt nothing when Trevor kneed his crotch is because Alucard is trans. Nobody can argue. Precious trans vampire. heart

I saw a writing prompt saying basically that in an RPG world, the PC hero dies and now you, an NPC, must take the place of the hero.

So I made a character named Ciro. And I'm gonna write novels about him.

Zorandir is a sorcerer who was born from nobility and gained his powers from dragon gods who blessed his familial bloodline claiming that whoever was born with their powers would have to slay the sorceress Alsaria. Everyone in the world knows this legend, and it's been passed for centuries. On a lonely island in the middle of nowhere, a shopkeeper named Ciro runs a struggling general goods shop where he's lucky to get one adventurer per week. His family grew up as modest farmers and sold their items on the side, and they were nobodys. None made anything of themselves, and all were simply average citizens. But Ciro works in his shop one night and Zorandir comes inside lugging this gigantic sack with golden swords, ancient staves, enchanted armor and robes and artifacts and thousand-year-old spell tomes. Ciro knows he can't afford to buy these off Zorandir whatsoever, but Zorandir just looks exhaustedly at the merchant and says to just take them because he can't be bothered carrying so much loot on the remainder of his journeys. Without another word, Zorandir leaves the shop and Ciro is left with this satchel full of items enough to make a poor man king of the world. He begins categorizing these items and at the bottom lies a letter saying, "Do not open until tomorrow". Ciro, confused, goes to sleep and wakes up the next day. World flies through the lonely island and around the entire world: Zorandir died trying to slay Alsaria. Ciro remembers the note and opens it, and it says that it's from Zorandir himself and he knows he's not powerful enough to slay Alsaria, so here he leaves everything which made him a powerful man throughout the years for whoever holds the letter. They must become hero. And now Ciro, the lonely shopkeeper from nothing and nobody, must become the hero from centuries old in place of the supposed one who should have slayed the evil sorceress but failed.

I AM SO ******** IN LOVE!!!!!!!!

Humble Bundle had a sale with Unity and I got $1600 worth of software and software tutorials for Unity Gamemaker!! I've got environments, textures, structures, accessories, sound effects, animations, and so much more! There is a basic course included which helps you by walking you through making 12 different games, and the course is $600. It came free with the bundle. This is the greatest thing I've ever seen and gotten, and I'm just so damn happy and thankful!!!! I love Humble Bundle and Unity!!!!! The best part: Humble Bundle's purchases go toward foundations so I've helped donate to people. It's amazing. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. heart heart heart

dsgndknjnsfd So I found a video of myself over a year ago talking, and I decided to record a video of myself today talking since I'm 6 months into my transition and I compared the voices side by side. My mother literally tripped on the steps when she heard the change she was so surprised. We both laughed about it. I sounded like I was on helium. sweatdrop

So I've basically always been the town anomaly with my hilariously unexpected personality and strange style, and in part due to the fact that it's a small town where everyone knows everyone first and last names and lots of middles, too.

But when I'm on my own I'll get a house big enough that I can have fields for blacksmithing, and to hold a horse or two inside some beautiful old barn. I'll travel around town on my horse dressed in a Nazgul outfit, host medieval themed parties for the town, and be the local cryptid in every way. I'll have LoTR watch parties in the fields on projector screens. I'll have bring your pets days where people can just... bring their animals no matter how big or small to the fields and let them go nuts for a few hours.

And also, I'll have a fridge outside with food and a notice saying, "Take what you need" for anybody homeless, in need of food, or for whoever might want to contribute in general.

I had the most spiritual experience the other day. It was nearly silent on the road, just an hour past sunrise, and perfect temperature with not too much heat or cold and I was all alone in the car. So I opened all the windows and played Heilung which is a Norse Pagan folk band and they sung tales from the Eddas and told tales of the Gods with such grace based on tunes and using instruments from the Viking times. I played the ambient music so loud and felt so connected to my Gods and so much at peace. And that's how it should always be. Peaceful and connected.
