I'm not super serious about it, but I do try to pair my Pokemon up with other Pokemon that look like they'll give the EVs I'm looking for.

Havock: Gardevoir is a pretty good psychic type. If you're counting hybrids, you can't forget about Starmie. So far, Slowbro has been pretty decent for me as well. And... um... I'm pretty sure there are more. I just can't think of any....
