31. If you could go back in time to any point, when would you go? The Medieval times... the Golden Age of Piracy... or the Victorian era... the three time periods that interest me.
32. If you could go forward in time to any point, when would you go? Um... I don't know. Wherever the Doctor wishes to take me. *laughs*
33. Pick one fictional story that you wish were true Hmm... the Harry Potter series... or the Buffy/Angel series ((at least I could get a job with the Scooby Gang or Angel Investigations, lol)).
34. You get to relive one year of your life, which year and why? I can't think of which year I would want to relive.

1. What book are you reading right now? The Secret Life of Bees
2. What will you read next? My friend Melissa is going to let me borrow her copy of The Hunger Games. And for my Twentieth Century Novel class, the next book we'll be reading is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - which I'm excited about.
3. What was your favorite childhood book? Flutterby and Catwings, during the earlier days of my childhood... and the Harry Potter series, during the later days of my childhood.
4. What were your reading habits like as a kid? I've always been a bookworm.
5. How many books do you have checked out from the library? None.

7. Do you have a bad book habit? No.
8. Do you read one book at a time, or several? Lately I've been reading more than one at a time. A book for school, a book for personal interest.
9. What is your favorite book you’ve read this year? March just started. There's still plenty of time for me to read.

11. What is your reading comfort zone? In a comfortable chair or on the couch in our living room. Quiet but not too silent.
12. How often do you read outside of your comfort zone? When I'm at school.
13. What is your favorite place to read? I don't really have a favorite place...
14. Do you lend out books? I haven't had anyone ask to borrow any of my books.
15. Do you dog-ear books? No.

17. What makes you love a book? Great voice and imagery. A compelling plot with characters you can connect and identify with.
18. What will inspire you to recommend a book? If I liked the book enough that I feel that other people should check it out.
19. What is the one book you will always recommend to everyone? The Harry Potter series... and the Sherlock Holmes series...
20. Is there a book you love that nobody else seems to? Not that I know of.

21. Do you read while you are: Eating? Taking a bath? Watching TV? Listening to music? On the computer? On the bus? I may snack on something while I read. No. Usually my Dad ends up turning the news on when I'm reading. Sometimes. If it's for a school assignment. No.
22. What is your favorite genre to read? Fantasy and Science Fiction.
23. What genre do you rarely read, but wish you read more of? I wish I read more Science Fiction.
24. What is your favorite biography? Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's autobiography.

31. How do you feel about giving negative reviews? It depends on the book. Sometimes I don't feel bad about giving it. Other times I feel compelled to at least find something good about it.
32. What book are you most intimidated to begin? Can't think of any.
33. What book are you most likely to take on vacation with you? Depends on what book I'm reading at the time.
34. What is the longest you have gone without reading? A month or so.
35. What is a book that you just couldn’t finish? A lot of the books that were assigned for my 20th/21st Century Literature class like... A Fine Balance... um... *blinks* Yeah...

37. How often do you skim through a book before reading it? Sometimes, if it's a book that I haven't read before or never heard of.
38. Do you keep books or give them away once you’ve read them? Depends on the book.
39. Are there any books that you’ve been avoiding, or refuse to read? Hmm... nope.
40. What is a book you didn’t expect to like, but did? Um... not sure.

43. What book do you most remember reading for school? There's quite a few books that come to mind. It's just a matter of what time in my school life you're talking about.

47. What is the longest book you’ve ever read? Shortest? I have no idea.
48. Who is your favorite book character? From the HP series, it would be Snape, Hermione or Luna. From the Sherlock Holmes series, it would be Sherlock.
49. Who is your favorite author? J.K. Rowling and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
50. What is your favorite book? Harry Potter series (Half-Blood Prince, if you need a specific book from the series) and the Sherlock Holmes series.
