Nobody ever confirms the kill. his entire right side was crushed by a boulder! how is that not a confirmed kill? but like...I'm gonna take a wild stab in the dark and say he'll be Naruto's long lost uncle....knowing the "surprises" this series has thrown at us, I really think this is a valid choice... also /rage! There's like...little more than 100 pages left in the book and the Quarter Quell still hasnt started...this is either gonna be one ******** fast Games, or s**t's gonna go down. My money is on s**t's gonna go down, seeing as all the unrest in the Districts. But the games cant really be cut short or halted, cause the Gamemakers are just gonna blow s**t up....the suspense is killing me! whee

If that happened, he could still be alive if someone like Orochimaru helped him, though that's less likely. More likely he used Kamui as I stated and Tobi found him dead or dying and took his Sharingan after putting his body in his little Uchiha tomb thing.
