Ok, I was at this used book store today. they also sell dvds, cds, etc.. Anyways I came across a dvd called Rock & Roll Goldmine the Sixties. It features music by Jefferson Airplane, The Doors, The Who, The Small Faces, Steppenwolf, Blue Cheer, Cream, Canned Heat, Jimi Hendrix & Janis Joplin. Also an interview with the Beatles. I can't wait to watch it.

I'm going to Summerfest this year. It's the world's largest music festival in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 11 days, 11 stages, and over 700 bands!

Sweet. And yeah, it's a festival for Hippies that happens every year. Kinda like a Woodstock, but every year.

Never been to it. I heard on the radio an ad for an upcoming Hippiefest concert featuring the Turtles coming to Minnesota.



Edit: It does come to Minnesota on July 28th. I just gotta go.

Life is good when you have means of transportation. I'm going to Rockfest, JJO Bandcamp, and Summerfest, which are all in my state of Wisconsin. It's going to be one rockin' summer.
