Elizabeth closed her eyes, enjoying him kissing and nuzzling her back, relaxing completely beside him. She still could hardly believe he was back home. Part of her still thought that everything was a dream, a simple wild figment of her imagination that he was there beside her. That she would wake up, laying beside Donovan once more. Opening her closed eyes she caressed his face in her hand, making sure he was really there. That he truely wasn't just her mind playing tricks on her. His skin felt real, which made her heart nearly leap out of her chest. Closing her eyes once more she buried her face into the crook of his neck and rested her head gently against him.

Theo opened his eyes when he felt her light touch on his face. He found himself staring into her eyes, a small smile forming at his mouth. For a moment, he could hardly believe it, that he was really back home. His heart clenched with fear that this might be nothing more than a dream and that he would wake up again in that Hellhole he'd been kept in. For then the moment passed and he relaxed again.
He watched as she closed her eyes again and buried her face into the crook of his neck. Smiling warmly, he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her up against him. He couldn't stand it, having even a tiny amount of space between them. He needed to have her beside him. After what had happened, he needed someone to keep him grounded, someone to keep him from slipping into a panic attack or something of the like. This was really. He was really back. And he wasn't going anywhere.
((I have to go))

Elizabeth stayed in his arms, enjoying the warmth of his hold for a long moment before she forced herself to pull her face from his neck to look into his mismatched eyes. "How about I get you something to eat and drink. I am sure you are starved and thirsty. What would you like to eat dear?" she asked him sweetly as she tucked a lock of her thick black hair behind her ear.

Theo wasn't sure how long they had laid there before she started to move. It could have been a few seconds or a few hours. He wouldn't have known the difference. The only thing he did know was that it was too soon to move. When she pulled back, he turned his eyes to hers. At her words, it was all he could do not to panic. He shook his head. The truth was that he was hungry and thirsty but if getting something to eat and drink meant her leaving, he could wait.

As he didn't answer her but instead shook his head Elizabeth frowned lightly. She knew he was bluffing, which meant he didn't want her to leave most likely. Sighing lightly she took his hands into her's. "Theo," she said lightly as she pressed her forhead against his as she stared into his eyes pleadingly. "Please let me get you some food and something to drink." If she had to she was ready to beg him till he told her what he wanted.

Theo knew she wasn't going to let it go that easily. He knew it the moment she frowned. Anyway, it wasn't in her nature to let things go so easily. That was part of what he loved about her. When she sighed and took his hands into hers, he knew what was coming and inwardly cringed. A weak grimace formed at his mouth when she rested her forehead against his and stared into his eyes with that pleading look of hers. That just wasn't fair.
At her words, he shook his head again. No. He couldn't be alone. The very thought of it made his heart clench with fear. Lowering his head, he buried it into the crook of her neck, pulling his hands from her grip and wrapping his arms around her waist.

Elizabeth hopped her pleading look would have worked but when he once more shook his head she cursed inwardly. As he placed his head in the crook of her neck and wrapped his arms around his she decided to let it go for now. Her arms wrapped around him and she held him gently. If he truely did not wish for her to leave she could understand. She dreaded leaving him as well she simply just did not want to see him hungry. "Okay, I won't leave. You will have to eat sooner or later though." she said into his ear gently.

Theo relaxed only when she told him that she wouldn't leave. He ignored her comment about him having to eat sooner or later. He knew that was true. He just couldn't be alone. Not now. Inhaling deeply, he breathed in her comforting scent before letting it out in a shuddering sigh.
He was exhausted, beyond exhausted. He hadn't gotten much, if any, sleep since being captured. That sleep he did get was restless and he usually woke up feeling more tired than when he'd fallen asleep. Now, with his body working to heal his injuries and their recent exertion, he needed sleep more than anything else. For that reason, it was probably no surprise that he fell asleep not a minute later, relaxed and comforted by the knowledge that Elizabeth would still be there when he woke up.

As Elizabeth noticed Theo had fell asleep she smiled gently. She laid there, still and unmoving for a long while until she herself became tired. The day had been filled with overflowing emotions and excitment which for her made her tired. Her body relaxing next to Theo's she soon drifted asleep as well, still holding onto him.

The night seemed to pass by in an instant. Too quickly it was gone, too soon was sunlight pouring through the cracks in the curtains and falling onto the sleeping couple. And yet, Theo felt more refreshed than he could ever remember being, which was in part why he was reluctant to move. The other part was because his wounds were starting to hurt, a lot.
Groaning, he lowered his head, so that his forehead rested against her shoulder, before lifting it. He squinted at the light that seeped through the window. His stomach ached with emptiness and his mouth felt dry as sandstone, yet he could never remember being so happy. He was home.

With the sun shining on her Elizabeth didn't want to move from the warmth that warmed her flesh. Though as movement occured near her she couldn't help but crack her eyes open in time to hear a groan come from her love. An arm that was placed across him moved up slowly to embed themselves in his locks. "Morning," she spoke in a light crackly voice from speaking the moment of waking. She hated when that happened. It made her sound horrible.

Theo blinked and looked down when he felt Elizabeth start to stir. Not a moment later, he felt her fingers tangle themselves in his hair. A small smile formed at his mouth and he closed his eyes for a moment before opening them again. "Morning." He returned the greeting, though in a whisper. Not that it made much difference. His voice sounded more crackly than hers did. That could probably be blamed on a combination of just having woken up and desperately needing something to drink.
Lowering his head, he placed a delicate kiss against her jawline. Her skin was sticky with dried sweat from the night before, surprising him with the salty taste that was left on his lips.

Elizabeth smiled back and closed one eye randomly as he kissed her jawline, though she knew it most likely was going to taste salty from her sweet. She needed to bath badly, however her concerns were on Theo as from the sound of his voice he was in desperate need of something to drink. She placed a kiss on his jawline in return and then one on the center of his cheek. "Sounds like someone needs something to drink." she said in a giggle as she pulled her fingers from his hair to his neck and rubbed it gently.

Theo ran his tongue over his lips, the salty taste sending his taste buds tingling. At the feel of her lips against his jaw and cheek, however, he narrowed his eyes blissfully, enjoying the feel of her lips against his skin. But, at her words, his eyes flashed open again. Not even the sensation of her fingers drifting along his neck could distract him. But his throat was even more dry than it had been the night before, on the verge of unbearable. He needed to get something to drink but he couldn't stand the thought of being alone. So, reluctantly, he nodded. "I'll come with you," he told her, although he was starting to wonder how well that would work. His body still ached and he knew that, once he started moving, the pain would only get worse.

Elizabeth, glad he nodded, sprung to her feet in a heart beat. "Okay then, but put your arm around my neck to help stay steady just in case," she said gently as she smiled at him. She knew it was probably going to be difficult for him to walk on his own with the injuries he indured. Holding onto her would hopefully help him stay upright just in case the pain came to be to much.
