Had another adventure with Terry last night where, as usual, someone from the criminal team of Addes tried to kill him. This time, it did appear like they knew what they were doing and nearly succeeded. They nearly got me as well, but Addes did not count on my secondary life to kick in when it did and thus I was able to save both Terry and myself with the bonus of getting rid of that member of Addes.
In the previous adventure before that one, Rock entertained Terry and I with his band the Firewielders. Normally, Iori and Kyo are there, but in that particular scene, those two (Iori and Kyo) weren't. Rock played first an instrumental he calls The Bogard Lullaby, which as the title suggests, is intended on putting others to sleep. The second song, which I missed due to the Lullaby's effect, was a much faster tune called "The b***h is back in town". Its a song about a nasty woman who cares nothing for the lives of others and seeks universal domination. The lyrics would indicate that it was a song directed at how cruel my mom has been in my past, but as lyrics often do, they are not necessarily directed at any particular person. Its one of those negative, but nice songs. The song would be along the same style as Static X's The Only, but to the same beat as The Boys are back in town. |

JoyRose empress dee Goldine, maybe you can join the King of Fighters one liners. It would be a perfect time for you to join because of the time of year it is and the best thing is, you don't need role-playing experience nor do you have to know anything about the king of fighters. Goldine Thanks for the invite, but I'm having enough trouble keeping up with the various threads I update. I am pretty sure I don't have the time to put into a role play (sorry, Joy). No worries. This time it was my fault any way. I do like your new character. Maybe you can use her later when you have more time. You're welcome. So, in King of Fighters one liners, the scene we are playing out is Harvest Moon: Magical Melodies game cube version of the winter mine.
At the bottom of the mine is a single fish worth a lot of money, but you gotta get to level 100 in order to reach it. Right now, Rock Howard Bogard, Jinxi and Trixi are on level 2 of 100.
There are x's scattered throughout the floor, three tall crystals that are smashable and many greyish stones that are also smashable. The only other thing on level 2 that the three can see other than each other, is a set of stairs leading to the entrance of the mine.
The entrance is like a safety zone if Jinxi or Trixi should accidentally land on one of the x's and are instructed to stay at the entrance if that should happen. Any staircase like the one showing on level 2 will lead you to the entrance. |
