lost crouched next to spade.

"That's a lizard. It's not poisonous so you can touch it if you are able to catch it," KoTari laughed.

spade looked at it. she tried to block it with her foot. she picked up her foot and the lizard tried to crawl over it. "look"

lost stared at it.

KoTari watched the two with a small smile. He couldn't help but think that he was acting like a father to them. Perhaps they don't have their fathers, so he decided that he would act that role until they don't need it anymore.

spade looked at kotari. she pointed to the lizard on her foot. "i got it" she grinned.

lost picked the lizard off spade's foot and held it.

KoTari chuckled, "There you go. That was easier than I thought it would be," He said.

spade looked at KoTari. "its tiny"

lost held it. "its slippery" he mumbled.

"Yes, they are supposed to be like that. It reduces their chance of getting caught," KoTari said.

spade watched lost put down the lizard. "its fast."

lost watched the lizard crawl into a small crack in the rocks.

KoTari nodded, "Yeah. They have to be able to escape from enemies," He couldn't help but relate their own situation with that lizard's.

spade looked around. "there is alot of stuff in here" she looked at scorpion. "what is that?"

lost looked at it.

"That's a scorpion. Don't touch it. They will strike at you if you get too close to it, and they usually have venom in them. You don't want to get the venom. Seraphiel would have to get rid of it," KoTari warned calmly.

spade nodded. "does it stick to walls too? it has alot of legs like the spider did."

lost looked at the scorpion. it didnt look inviting to touch.

"They can. It won't attack you unless you get too close, so lets' move on okay?" KoTari said. He didn't like them being too close to the creature.

spade nodded and pulled lost along.

lost followed interested in anything else he could see.
