'Fine,' Seto said, his suspicions confirmed by Jounouchi's mistrust. Still, if he was at least pretending to be cooperative there wasn't much they could do. Seto would rather have stuck with hostility, but he suppose he'd played enough games of deception of his own to demand anything else. As a show of good faith he put the gun away, though he most certainly made sure it was less than a seconds grab away in case the spirit started acting up or Hirutani made a move to get his own piece back from Jounouchi.

'Well then, if you'd like to send your spirit away for now we can visit my personal doctors immediately?'

Honda didn't trust Hirutani's smug grin, and Jounouchi and Seto seemed to be on edge as well, still they were moving forward with this help plan so what else could be done.

The arrogance of that man, he had no idea what he was doing or what he was toying with. As there wasn't even a proper bind holding the spirit to Hirutani - currently the bind was with the house which would break when Hirutani stepped out of it - there was no reason to 'remain on call,' other than to try and find an ample time to get the idiot killed. The summoning wasn't so inept to just murder the guy personally at this stage, but still, he was very sure that Hirutani could manage to get himself killed. Everyone just needed the right...motivation.

'I just need to call for a driver and then we can head off to the hospital now,' Seto said with a fake smile, 'I don't feel up to driving at the moment I'm afraid, all this stress you know?' He would have just tossed the keys to either Honda or Jounouchi, if he thought either of them were likely to have a license or at least some knowledge of how to operate a motorized vehicle. However, he didn't want his hands occupied with controlling the car, not with neither Jounouchi or Honda able or likely even willing to keep a gun on Hirutani if necessary. No, it'd be better to get a driver and have everyone in the back of the limo, all hands in sight.

((Just a heads up now in case you don't get to this before Thursday, out of town for a wedding Thursday - Sunday so definitely won't be online (other than maybe Sunday evening depending on when we get home) as Tom's grandma doesn't have internet.))

Seto was anxious to get to the hospital as quickly as possible, once they unloaded Hirutani on his doctor they would be able to talk freely, come up with a plan. The limo pulled up and the four of them climbed in back. Jounouchi next to Hirutani, Seto across from him. He had already found a moment to take Hirutani's gun from Jounouchi without drawing too much attention to the act, though the guy had probably noticed. Still, it was better than having the weapon right next to the man, particularly in the hands of someone who didn't know how to use it.

The ride past primarily in silence, save for a small cough or a slight shift here and there. Seto used his phone to arrange Hirutani's scans and procedures while they drove, so when they arrived at the hospital it was just a matter of sending him back with a nurse. The other three were then asked to sit in a waiting room for the first series of tests.

Once Hirutani was out of sight and Seto was sure they were a reasonable distance away from any other patients - though given they were seated in a waiting room reserved for a more elite clientele most everyone else was significantly engaged in one form of technology or another to pay attention to anyone around them - Seto turned to Jounouchi and Honda and asked, 'so what now?'

'If he is as damaged as he claims he is really looking at long term care, he'll be preoccupied for awhile but I really don't want to leave this unresolved for the next few decades. We need to figure out if he can call this off and figure out how to force him to do so,' Seto said, knowing this still didn't offer much of a game plan.

'She was uncertain, though we could hope she's found out more since we left. Hirutani will likely be undergoing numerous medical exams over the next few hours so we can easily head back and check. As for what to tell everyone, that's kind of up to you Jounouchi. It's your enemy and technically you that the spirit is after, although I still am a bit suspicious about the amount of attention it's paid to me and...' Seto paused, unsure how much he wanted to delve into his own suspicions, divulge unusual information about his own history. He didn't even have a running theory to go on, and they had enough to focus on for the time being, 'regardless, we at least know who summoned the thing, and given who it is it should be up to you what - or how much - we are going to tell everyone.'

Seto nodded. 'Do we want to do this over the phone and stay here or do you want to tell them in person? I can make sure the doctors will keep Hirutani busy if you think it'll be better to go back and explain in person, and ask Futata if she has any further suggestions now that we know who is behind all this.'

'Alright, give me a moment to make sure the staff has everything they need to take care of Hirutani, and my number in case I'm needed, and then we will head back,' Seto said with a nod, heading back toward reception to take care of the necessary details.

When they were alone Honda immediately turned to Jounouchi, wanting to take advantage of every moment they had without Kaiba, as there seemed to be precious few of those lately. 'How are you doing buddy?' he asked kindly, placing a comforting hand on his best friend's shoulder.
