Damon walked next to her starring at the moon.Not really paying any attention.
"I wonder how Victor will react..when he sees Malik's falcon.."he said.

who was?" Val muttered slowly sitting up. She yawned shaking her mane of hair everywhere.
Victor chuckled. "Evening miss bedhead" he smiled
Kira shrugged "disbelief mostly"

Lucius playfully nuggied his sister.
"How are you miss sleepy?"he asked.
Damon nodded and put his hand out plucking down two apples throwing one to his cousin.
"Yeah..probably."he said.

Kira caught it easily and rubbed it against the hem of her dress before biting it. "So what's on your mind now Damon?"
Val smiled and was close to tears. "It wasn't a dream was it Victor?" she asked referring to their parents deaths
Victor shook his head. "You can't deny it Val...they died in battle"

Damon bit into his apple and looked at her.
"Several things to be honest."he said.
Lucius smiled and hugged his sister.
"Dad got rid of that guy that was trying to kill you and Kara..just as he used to say..nobody hurts my kids while this wolf-man is breathing."He said but didn't mention what he saw happen to his mother as it was to graphic and disturbing even for him to stomach.

"Your just doing good becuase i'm not in the mood."he said in what sounded like a joking way.But in a way he also seemed serious.
