Pure Sankofa Ooh, have you tried yoga online?
Two words: Downward dog xD downward dog hurts, but after you're done it feels good XD I've done some yoga before. we have a few dvds for it actually. now that I'm going to have the house to myself most of the day, Im gonna start working out more. I need to get in shape XD

One word: Relax! emotion_yatta I try, I really do, but after years of being picked on and made fun of in grade school and high school, it kind of changes you. I've made a lot of improvement, but I still have a lot to do =w= and yes, happy V-Day! XD I'm going out to the library today. Yup, I spend valentines day at the library. bleh.
