His first starter was Togekiss which my Garchomp killed after a sword's dance.
Now his starter was Dusknoir, which is a Physical wall.

um darkrai and Arceus are hacked pokemon because it hasnt been released yet (except in Japan darkrai is legit and i got one in english name Darkrai with Spacial Rend and Time of Roar) so why are darkrai and Arceus not banned? i was going to use mine but since they are considered "hacked" in the USA i didnt use it because to your rules no hacked pokemon are allowed and there are people with Darkrai and Arceus

I even asked him to state his list, which he did! Since everyone has their own definition of an Uber list. And, [NOI] has Woobuffet and Deoxys on his team. I was only playing by HIS list.

Even if you didn't disconnect, you still switched your pokemon the counter mine. That's unfair on so many levels. I can't imagine how you think that's fair. It's not strategy or anything, it's straight up cheating. @bleu_flame Agian, I made sure that I asked [Noi] this before using them. If he had a problem with it, I think he wouldv'e pm'ed me since we all pm'ed him our teams.

I've yet to hear from my opponent. How much longer does this one have? I agree though. That's cheating. I also think items should be banned. They're annoying and can be used for evil. For example: PersonA uses hp restoring items until personB runs out of pp for all of their good moves before making his/her move. A dirty strat. Pokemon also should not be aloud to HOLD restory item s such as Leftovers, or berries. Just what I think is annoying when battling.

mewpunchiko I've yet to hear from my opponent. How much longer does this one have? I agree though. That's cheating. I also think items should be banned. They're annoying and can be used for evil. I have shell bells on my rayquaza and Empolean. >.< They regenerate hp.
