Katon
Katon: Go (Fire Release: Five)
Description: This is where the technique evolves into one of the most deadly techniques within the Leaf. This is the stage before Kaseiken, the only move of comparable strength to the Chidori within the Leaf’s arsenal. In this building block, however, the user mimics the hand movement and effect of Chidori, replacing lightning with flame. Here, unlike the techniques leading up to this, flames now spring forth from the user’s entire hand. If the user balls their hand into a fist, however, the flames immediately disperse and the jutsu is cancelled. In this way, only spear-handed attacks can be made and their potency is increased so that most defenses can now be pierced.
Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Blast)
Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent in the shape of a large dragon from the users mouth. The intensity of the flame is enough to completely melt stone and the end result of this techniques rampage is an explosion enough to send an entire mountain aquiver.
Katon: Yurika no Jutsu (Fire Release: Fire Lily Technique)
Description: Comparable to the Katon Housenka no Jutsu but different still, this technique is obviously kept within only the most seasoned shinobi of the Leaf. Breathing in and expanding their lungs to an almost impossible size, the user breaths out gigantic fireballs (of comparable make and strength of the Katon Goukakyu). A highly draining technique, it more than makes up for the chakra consumption in potency. Entire engagements have both started and ended with this one technique, easily felling multiple enemies in one ferocious attack.
Suiton
Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Barrier)
Description: An ultimate defense of the Mist Shinobi, Suiton Suijinheki requires a great deal of water to work, or mastery of the appropriate level of Mizu Soujuu. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. This protects against any fire technique, as well as any ninjutsu that are projectiles by nature. Attempting to breach the barrier with taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current.
Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shark Blast Technique)
Description: A powerful attack that requires its target to be on or near the water, this technique creates a large shark comprised of water that can be used to attack in one of two ways. Primarily, the shark is sent towards the opponent at a charge, attempting to strike the opponent with extreme bashing force as well as trying to rend him with its teeth. The second, more devious use involves the shark attempting to swallow the opponent. In this case, the shark is hidden under the water until it attacks. If it manages to swallow an opponent, he is trapped within a sphere of water as the shark itself dissolves. After an attack, successful or not, the sphere vanishes.
Doiru Suiyari no Jutsu (Drilling Water Spears)
Description: Used when the enemy is standing on top of water to surprise attack them (though a Mist Shinobi with Mizu Soujuu and enough power and control can use this technique without the water.) Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water comes forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them (in the case of elemental techniques) or deflect them high (in the case of projectiles and weaker taijutsu attacks).
Katon: Neshou Bunshin (Fire Release: Burning Clone)
Description: Welling chakra up, the user releases it into the air around them after a series of hand-seals. This creates clones of fire, disguised to look exactly like the user. The clones have the user’s stats. When destroyed, the clones burst into flame, capable of creating first degree burns and lighting clothing/leaves/paper/etc on fire.
Katon: Kudakasei no Jutsu (Fire Release: Shatterforce Technique)
Descriptions: Built upon the principles of Katon: Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu, this technique instead acts as a much more powerful, centralized version. Gathering heat in between both hands the user focuses it until it cannot be condensed further. Manifested as a sphere of raw, glowing energy it is at first held at bay as if only for show. Then, given any cue, the user slams the sphere into the ground, causing it to explode with the power of pure heat behind it. The user is unaffected by this burst of power, but anyone within the radius of the blast suffers some unsettling consequences alongside the devastating concussive force it sends forth. This technique, by sheer strength alone, has even been known to crack boulders.
Note: The base radius of this attack is 5 meters. Separate effects of the jutsu are that the intense heat dehydrates any opponents caught within the radius of the blast, drawing them closer to fatigue, blurring their vision and causing mild headaches all the while. Minor, first-degree burns may also result from this technique.
Kaseiken (Flame Fist)
Description: Kaiseken, essentially, is an attack that causes an intense explosion by transferring all heat from the user’s hand into the object it makes contact with. From the outside, it looks like the flame enveloping the user’s hand is also enveloping the object in question and it is the force of the punch that causes the explosion. If this were the case, this technique would clearly be much more taijutsu-oriented than ninjutsu. But it’s not so simple, really. There are obvious drawbacks to this transfer of chakra-gone-flame, such as being so close to explosion itself. Although the technique is easily able to destroy massive boulders and cliff sides upon contact, the danger presents itself in the rubble and shock to the arm from such devastation. Because of this, the technique can only be used twice a day for even the most gifted jounin. If used any more, the bones of the user’s arm will shatter from internal pressures caused by the technique.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)
Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.
Gekiryuu Chikara (Raging River Force)
Description: This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can floor an area of 200 square feet (a 10x10 square.)

This dragon has the ability to control metal, or just help improve the summoners power. He is the brother of Kaji, so he also has a short temper and always likes to fight, and Mizu is his sister. His strongest attack is "Shard Storm" which millions of sharp metal comes out when he flaps his wings, but he was be attacking otherwise nothing comes out of his wings.
Special Attack: Dragon Chakra Blast:
Depending of how much chakra you use and gender the color may change. The Dragon Chakra Blast creates a large dragon from your hand in the form of chakra, so its a chakra dragon and keeps extending from your hand which the dragon's head is at and the body extends up the arm until the target is reached and once it reaches the target, the target will either be: burned, dead, near death, otherwise just injured, depending on the opponents' status.

Personality: kind and caring, also being a Pisces and a Ram/goat she is very sentimental but has a hot temper.
Character Bio: At birth Saraii's mother, a town healer, gave Saraii up to Taijustsu expert Hiroko Amaya. Not willing to say but her mother pleaded that no one know about herself and the baby. Little did he know that she was a bloodline baby. He taught Saraii the basics of fighting as she was growing up and suprisingly her taijutsu skills were tremendous.
Hiroko showed her to use Chakra Knives, kunai, and gave her poison and medical needles as a gift from her late mother. With him she became a beautiful, coy, and respectful young girl who cared for everything and everyone more than life itself. Her language was emaculate and when she was told to do chores and/or take care of unwanted guests as practice for her and entertainment for him, she attended to her business without question or hesitation. He loved her and cared for her dearly like the daughter he never had.
He was very appreciative of her obediance and undefiant personality that his life would have been givin up for her in the blink of an eye. unfortunately he later gave her up to someone that could enroll her in a academy to teach the remaining fighting styles to her when she turned 7. She began training with chuunins and other academy students . She later learned that she retained water type chakra in her body and was given a gourd filled with pure water to use for water and water manipulation jutsu's.
With this her training would start. While in the academy Saraii began to be trained by a chunnin named Marquis who bared many scars, tattoo's and an eye patch covering his right eye. This man contained a bloodline that gives him chakra mouths placed on certain parts of the body, mostly the hands and can create many objects that act as if they have a mind of there own such as animals. She began training with him and learning many jutsu at an astonishing rate.
At the age of ten and on the genin level Saraii continues to be trained by Marquis.
After a few months of training, Saraii decides to go away from the mist village, explore what's out there in the world and gain a sense of maturity. Only telling the Mizukage of her voyage she leaves without bidding any farewells or goodbye's.
This sentimental experience alone adapted her mind to change in her surroundings. She sailed to the crescent island, the home a few but strong ninja and home of the Tsukikage. While on this island she explored the far reaches of the forest in this island that's inhabited with millions of animals and creatures that have never been exposed to her eye's. Here she started to train her Ranmaru's abilities and capabilities.
Finding a place where she can safely stay the night's Saraii settles into her new temporary home inside a large tree. She blindfolded herself and trained her sense of hearing, and smell, her fighting, and her bloodline along with learning earth jutsu. Learning earth jutsu would prove hard for her but she doesn't end up learning any cause she can't concentrate hard enough . In this forest she stood for 4 years.
All her senses have been enhanced, she now understands everything better and stabilized a connection with the moon which somehow increased the abilities of her water jutsu at night. Saraii says to herself " today is the day that i will be returning home". She looks around to the place where she has grown accustomed to and starts to walk away quickly. Currently at the age of 14 all that is in her mind now is taking the chuunin exams to advance her way of becoming an ANBU.......
One tragic day, Saraii had been training in the Moon Village when a former Sensei came to return her back to the mist village. It had been a year since she had seened the village and was concidered dead. She refused to go. Running Saraii fell horribly and broke her neck.
She was pronounced dead, until Medical nins began healing her using various techniques. In doing so she was revived but unfortunately with loss of all her memory. Now it was up to her former sensei to find somewhere that he can place her so that she can start over. All that was known to her now was her name and the man who's care for her well being won her trust.
