Hi brothers and sister, no negative vibes I like that. I have a question...is it better to do yoga and meditation with music? I do it with Bob Marley. I suppose some thai music or techno-jazz could help too.

Some people find it hard to focus with music playing. I used to meditate with bolth music and silence, mind you I listen to metal so its harder to block it out. But its all up to what you feel best with. If you keep loosing focus and going to the music, try it in silence.

personally, i like anything, from Dimmu Borgir to Beck to Shabba Ranks to Nirvana...but smooth reggae really helps...and is it ok that i'm only meditate 2-3 a week? whee
