Scourch shrugged and said,"no, this kinda stuff happens all the time. i've learned to live with it."

Emerald spotted the girl again this time she grabbed Emeralds arm. The girl scratched her face and her arm. Emerald fell to the floor. The girl vanished. She held her arm tightly to herself.

Voila thought over it. "Oh. So why does freaky stuff happen all the time?" She saw Emerald fall and knelt by her. She slapped her face lightly. "Hey, are you ok?"

Scourch shrugged and said,"Dunno. guess it comes with having powers."

"Yea..." Emerald heald her wounds. "Just scratched myself."

Voila watched Emerald heal herself. "Woah, that's cool. Must be tight to have powers." She said with a smile.

Emerald looked at the time. "No teacher....class is almost over." Emerald looked at Voila curiously.

Scourch smiled and said,'yeah it's pretty cool."

Kalvin nodded and said,"I would be quite fasinated if I had powers."

Voila nodded her head in agreement with Kalvin. Yes, it would be cool to have powers. "Sweet! No class today," said Voila with a smile.

Emerald stood up. "not all powers are good though. Like mine."

Scourch shrugged and said,"i guess so."

"What's wrong with your powers?" Voila said. She was curious to learn more.

Emerald thought how to explane. "Well....my main powers are levitation, Astral Projection into a phoenix, and talks to animals....I also do some spells." Emerald didnt want to say the last one.

"Cool!" Voila thought it over. "So what's wrong with those powers? I don't really see the bad part about all this." Voila didn't really care that she was probably prying into Emerald's business. She was curious, and curiousity always took over her.

Emerald closed her eyes and took a deep breathe. "I can see/talk/feel the dead."
