Raikiri Wing: Boy's Dorms

The android greets him at the doors of the dorms. she smiles warmly. the fact she was not human made him chuckle a little bit as he tilted his head slightly to the right taking in the girl standing before him.

"Strange your so hot but your not a real girl...wonder if they
got you guys equiped anatomically" he laughs heartedly at his own remark

she looks at him with a bit of a puzzled look on her face. her expression more of a nervous grin than a warm smile "Um yes well can I help you with your room please?"

"Yes Im sorry um Id like my room to be a maroon color. the trims a light green...window yes." as soon as hes done talking she nods and closes her eyes only seconds does she smile again and hands him a keycard that comes out a compartment from her side.

"Here you go, your rooms #677 on the 5th floor. Would you like to be escorted to your roo..." before she can finish he takes the card key and begins walking towards the elevators as he waves to her with his back turned to her as he walks off "no need...im juuust fine"

he gets into the elevator and takes it to the 5th floor and scans the hallway. he goes down passing each door, checking the numbers..he can hear the other "roomates" that he will be living with.

"671,672...676, aha 677 here we go...home sweet home.." he slides the cardkey as he hears it unlock. he opens the door and looks around...he drops down his duffle back gently. the floor almost seems to bend under its weight..he blinks as a sweatdrop runs down his cheek. "I should upack that soon and disperse the weight...all that in one spot could be dangerous" he unravels the chain on the back keeping it sealed and takes out a couple weights that look like large bracelets..he puts them in two different spots in the living room. the floor feels less stressed and he relaxes again. he walks to the window scanning the entire school grounds. he grins and lets out a sigh. "man...this is going to be very interesting." he turns to his room again to take in the living space. the bed, the desk, and the couch. "Im definitely need to get some vids and a huge t.v." he goes over to the couch and drops down and lets out another sigh..within moments he falls asleep...

After Lena left Ria, he didn't know what to do with himself. There were too many thoughts going through his head and all of it as making him confused, frustrated, and angry.

So now here he was, in his dorm. He had taken off all of his gear, except Ombra which he'd tucked into the rear of his belt line. When he went to lay on the bed, he pulled it out looking at it's slick black form, highlighted by smaller gold pieces and effects.

Right now, he just felt like going to sleep. He put Ombra under one of his pillows, and then turned over and drifted off into sleep.

Quietly, she continued to explore the place. If her parents ever saw her doing something like this, they would so ground her. Curiosity would be her undoing one day. She continued to explore the boy`s living quarters, and wondering how much trouble she would be in if she got caught.

Rain walked down the hallway looking at the doors. Everyone had someone in it well at least in the room he had thought. He walked down the hall pulling a peice of paper out of his pocket. He looked at it then stoped at a room. Taking ahold of the handel he opened the door. The room inside was empty nothing was really in it, well exept a Bed. He walked into the room leaving the door open. He looked around, there was a window that over looked the New Student Registration area. He looked out at the new students arriving. He just sat there for a second, it seemed like it finally hit him. This was his new school and he would be here for a while.

"Jeez..." He said as he walked over and sat down on the bed. It was soft but not to soft. Just the way he liked a bed to be. "Wow this is really neat." He said as he looked around the room once more. All he had was his cloths nothing really else. "Hmmm I wonder how Kai is doing?" He said to himself.

Cephal looked upon the giant dome in the sky. He had never seen such a marvel... but with such great minds here, he didn't doubt it. It was probably an administrator's place, all flashy due to the quality of the school.

'Yeah, yeah,' thought Cephal, 'but as far as I know, the only bathrooms are in the DORMS!'

It was hard to hold, due to the weight of the bags he was carrying. He needed to get to his dorm, but his laziness (not to mention his distraction in his own thoughts) made it so he didn't get a map. Or a dorm number. He sees a girl walking by.

"Excuse me!" Cephal says, trying as hard as he can not to show his predicament, but from the look on the girl's face, she wasn't fooled.

"Don't worry, I can tell you're new here." (she raises an eyebrow.) "I can't understand how you wouldn't find the dorms though. I mean, they are floating in the sky--"

By now, Cephal is gone and has left a smoke of dust in his wake, along with and almost indistinguishable thanks.

"Weirdo."

Cephal arrived at the dorm room, shaking now. He saw a maid.

"Excu--"

"New kid, huh?"

('Why does everyone say that?') "YES. Where's my room?"

"First of all, the room you're looking for is back a little bit, over to the right--"

"I see it! Thanks!" (Cephal runs to the left)

"Wait! That's the girls'... oh never mind. He's going to find out soon enough."

Liuz sighed heavily as he entered the dorm shouldered against another boy... Johan... Yes, that was his name. He seemed mind numbingly optimistic and energetic. Normally Liuz was a bit more bright, but after the fall in the dining hall and his embarrassing walk across the courtyard being half carried by someone he'd only just met... Well, he was not feeling very chipper. "My room..." he said allowing his pale white hair fall in his face, "Its 013." He pointed a ways down the hall towards the room labled with the rather forboding number.

Each room in Raikari had been tailored to each specific student. In liuz' case, when the android at the foot of the dorms asked him his taste, Liuz had only said one word... Mirrors. True to Ria High fashion, the walls of the room were all mirrors. It made his room seem like a dizzying maze. The rest of it made it seem like an asylum. White linens and furniture. Liuz could almost shut his eyes and fade away. For someone with such seemingly rich tastes... he sure did live simply.

The orb appeared in room 417 before Chiro did. Her small body still wrapped in ball tightly her hair and skirt flying upward not her body concealed most so you couldn't see much if anything. She kept her eyes closed waiting solemly for Chiro. She slightly opened them glancing around the room and smiled "It's so cute" she whispered through his mind. She let one arm go tearing through the ob like tissue. Her arm came out covered in goo, she ripped it open even more climbing out the goo fell and she flicked her wrist cleaning it. Her body fragile her wings came out she kept them folded. She kneeled on the floor this was his room and she didn't want to mess anything up. She looked up at him her face calm but her eyes searching him they were so full of joy but if you looked deeper they were burdened by her secrets. She placed her palms on her thighs and waited for his response her body still having a bit of the beam.

Cephal finally got out of the room. He was being yelled at constantly, and some of the girls were throwing stuff at him.

"Well- at least we're in seperate dorms. I don't think that they'll ever forgive me for that. -_-; Now, where was that android?"

Cephal saw the android talking to one of the entering guys. She was obiously making pleasantries, and the guy laughed then looked at Cephal. He gestured to him and looked at the robot, and they both laughed.

'That's taking things too far. That robot shouldn't be embarassing me. I just got here, for goodness sakes. It just works like this. I do one thing wrong, and I get harrassed for it. I'm sick of it.'

Cephal noticed his hands and limbs starting to get warm.

'She has no right to do this. But wait, isn't she part robot? If her programs are so bad as to do this, maybe I should give her a piece of my mind--well no, that would give you a violent reputation--but I don't want to get a reputation for being stupid-or even worse, a pervert--there's nothing you can do, don't get yourself in trouble your first day here--you're right but I still want to give her a piece---'

Cephal's hands were heating to a fevered shaking. He had caught the attention of some passerby, but he was too caught up in his thoughts to notice the outside world.

'a piece of my mind!'

As he thought this, Cephal noticed a strange feeling in his limbs, that snapped him out of his world of thought. The usual feeling of energy in there was somewhat--diminished. Not to mention, his mind was unusually clear. He looked over at the android. She looked very uneasy. Suddenly, she started to sweat. The guy that she used to be talking to shifted from attention to him, to attention to the android.

"Is it getting a little warm in here?" she said, pulling at her collar.

"No, why?" The android started to sweat.

"Ugh.. I don't feel so well."

"But you're an android!"

"That means I'm part human too, dumbass!" She walked away, back into a room for the staff.

"Whoa-" marveled Cephal. "Maybe this is what I came here to concentrate-- I have to get this checked by one of the teachers."

Puck walked slowly into boys quarters quickly eyeing the area so that nothing was goign to be likely to surprise him here. Never in his life had Puck seen anything like this, even though he refused to show the way he was feeling on his face he was still amaized. This whole place was like something out of a storybook that his mom read to him when he was a small child.
But he couldn't stand around admiring the place forever. So he picked up his large duffel bag, which carried everything he owned, and then started deeper into the doorms keeping his cold uninviting air about him.
Puck had been walking for a good twenty minutes before he realised that he had no idea where he was going. "Damnit Kente, whay did you send me to this place? This is overwhelming." He said to himself before deciding to go and find help in where he should go tog et a room.

"I can't believe that worked. I never got an incantation to work right." Last time I tried, the house fell into a sinkhole... He saw Kikari in a mess on the floor. He flicked his hand as he walked towards her, and a stream of water came from the faucet in the bathroom. "Just a sec." He swept his hand from side to side, and the water moved around the room, collecting the goo and wiping more goo off of her. The water collected on a large sphere over the trash can and dropped the goo. The water then went down the sink. "Can you stand?" He asked as he put her arm over his shoulder. He lifted her up and helped her sit on the bed. He looked at her for a moment, confused. "Wha...umm, what was all that? You act like you're used to it."

Kikari slipped off her sandles and pulled her knees up to her. She rested her her head on the inside of her legs. She wanted to tell him but that would mean she would get close to him.She wanted that but at the same time she couldn't. Even only knowing him for theese few hours she already liked him. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. "Well you see my mother is a god and my father is saiten..." she started off watching the door closely."...and every year I get an Unknow number of powers somewhere between 2-10...this time I don't know how many I've got but the 3 I know so far are 'Shadow Minipulation, Duplication, and Mind games'..." she whispered "But the thing is as long as I keep getting theese unknown sorts of powers they will collide with one another and destroy me...so as much as I want to get close to other people but I don't want to get close and then die on them...so I've never really been close to much other people" she whispered playing with her toes her eyes fluttering softly as she yawned.

Being welcomed into such a nice room was greatly appreciated to say the least. A moment of silence drifted across the spacious room, himself standing in place. Being able to go to such a respectable school had it's perks.

Placing his things at the food of the bed, the first things to place up where necessities. Once done, his artistic side played a part when he set up a lamp on his desk, loading the drawers with paper, pencils, and other eccentric art utensils. The layout was perfect for those "rainy" days in the future.

With little things in his inventory of goodies, a rest was well on it's way. Plopping a nice seat on the bed and leaning back, his arms acrossed to support his head. Thoughts of few things passed by, one being about the beautiful girl whom he met, another being at how much training is up ahead.

Cephal ran up to another maid, one with purple hair. After all that had happened with his "first impression," he wanted to hide in his room for a little while, and then get changed. He didn't want people to get used to his face until after the talk about some new kid running into the girls' room by mistake died down. Cephal started to talk to the maid.

"Um, excuse me? Are you busy?"

"It's my job to take care of the Raikiri dorms and their residents, so no, I will never be busy. What do you need?"

"Do you know where I can get a room?"

"Anywhere. Where do you want it, and what do you want it to look like?"

'Wow, that's convenient!' "Well, all I want is a room that's spacious enough to practice, but has a little alcove where I can think."

"Okay. The room will be prepared right away. I will summon one of the other maids to take your bags." Cephal heard the maid beep. And then beep again. And again. "Sorry sir, one of the maids doesn't seem to be responding, but I know she's there. I'll have to summon another one that's not as close. I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

"It's fine."

Several minutes later, another maid came in, this time with long, brown hair. Cephal liked this maid, but they are androids, just the same.

"Hello sir. There is good news, too. While you were waiting, the other maids set up your room for you. I'll take your bags now."

Cephal walked for a very long time, going through about four elevators. This place was amazingly gigantic for Cephal. He wondered, since this was just the boy's dorm, how many people would be in his basic magic classes. After gettin lost in his thoughts for quite some time, Cephal ran into a door.

The maid giggled out, "This is your room." sweatdrop

"Okay. And you would be?"

"My name is Britani."

"Okay. I'll see you later." Cephal then walked into his room.

"Don't worry about me, I'm good luck." God that sounded horrible. "This is probably a stupid question, but about your blood. Is it half and half or a mixed ratio? It can make a big difference in what happens." He thought back to his home and a ceramony held there [lot's of ceramonys] that reminded him of this. He just could'nt think about it clearly. "You know, you can't keep not letting anyone get close to you. If you did, then no one would care about you even if you died. I think the reason why people are sad when someone dies is because they remember how the person live their life. If you don't let anyone get close, who will help you? Who will be sad? Or would you rather be ignored and forgotten? It's not a great way to live, alone. Let someone get close, anyone. They will help you live a long life. You're not going to be dieing anythime soon. Got it?"

Kikari's eyes widened as he spoke to her. 'Good luck?' she thought 'what does that mean?' She looked him over "I don't know what my blood is I'm weird..." she whispered "that's the thing thow... I don't want people to be sad for me...I'm not that important to the world...not that important to people I hate seeing people cry" she whispered. "I may cry but the thought of people crying for me worrying for me... the only ones that ever really cared for me are Nami and Haku..." and on cue two faries appeared on her shoulder. Their wings fluttered in her ear as she thought "You...your the closest anyone has ever been to me...and I just met you so does that give you a clue to how lonely I am?" she whispered. She closed her eyes as she had a glimps of the past to when she was at the orphanage. She looked at him as her eyes slightly glistened


(Sorry it's so weird...I'm a bit shaken my best-friend shot himself thursday and I'm still and always will be saddened )
