"Thanks," he said, quickly grabbing Alice back. "Now what would you like me to do for you?" he asked, looking Alice up and down.

Rin crossed her arms with a victorious smirk, "Well, i do happen to need a dead body." she said, her bubbly additude shifting into a darker persona. "I know for a fact there's dead bodies in the little blood sucker's grave yard." she said cruely, smirking.

"One, she isn't a 'little blood sucker', Two, I will get you your dead body so you can pretend it's your friend. Better yet, I will make sure it is a male, so you can pretend it's your boyfriend," Eli shot back.

Undet jerked up and roared viciously at Eli, snarling at him as he crouched back into a pouncing position.

Rin smiled, "Watch what you say to me in my home, five cats and one witch is more than you can handle, especially if you're defending someone else in the process. It'd be easy." she threatened.

"Whatever, I'll get you the body," Eli said over his shoulder, walking out with Alice.

Rin smiled victoriously, "Doesn't matter who or what you get me. Take your time, i don't need it any time soon, but i will eventually." she said, watching Eli walk away. Rin turned to Undet and stroked his fur, "Who's my ferocious man eater?" she giggled.

Getting outside he checked to see if Alice was awake, "Alice?" he shook her gently.

Alice was slowly coming back to conciousness, thankful that she didn't have a stabbing pain in her chest anymore, though she was still sore. Alice looked at Eli, trying hard to smile, "Is that girl alright?.." she whispered weakly.

Eli gazed at her puzzled for a moment. "Oh Lena? She's fine," he laughed. "Always worried about others, you need to worry about yourself, you broke a few bones and had a concussion." he explained. "Where would you like to go? Anywhere besides the cathedral.."

Alice frowned, she just wanted to go home. "I've killed plenty of those monsters, i didn't need to worry about myself," she said stubbornly, "the first time a shadow demon came around, i learned the hard way to stay within light. And now you see why i told you not to go running around in the dark like a fool, i don't think i could forgive myself if you got hurt." Alice looked away, "Take me home. I want to see Lena." she demanded. All she could remember was leaving the cathedral without Lena, she wasn't really sure if Lena was alright.

"Lena left, and you aren't going back there until I can make it safer for you," Eli argued.

Alice thought for a moment, "Alright," she said smiling at Eli, "can you take me to Price Manor? I can get a change of clothes and another weapon while you go check the cathedral, tough guy." she said with a wink.

Eli glowered at Alice, "That's not exactly what I had in mind. I was going to buy a gun from Raz first and train. Why are you so opposed to sleeping somewhere else?"

Alice sighed, wondering how long it would be before she could go home, "I know it isn't the most luxurious home you'd ever see, but i love it there. It's almost never light, and i don't have to worry about company." Alice looked up at Eli, staring him in the eyes, "And the last time i spent the night anywhere else, i woke up to a vampire sticking his fangs in my neck. No big deal or anything." she said harshly.

"Don't try to make me feel guilty, Alice. You can't go home just yet. And lucky for you I don't have fangs," Eli grinned.
