Kurai Kaminari

Her royal blue eyes seemed to be on fire as she had a single goal in mind. She would not give up. She would not quit. She would not accept defeat. She would never cease. She has a destiny that is unrivaled by any other shinobi. Her path was a difficult one however she would accept every challenge it provided and come on top no matter what. Death before dishonor! This was her nindo! Kurai shouted with pure rage as she got in extremely close to Kiyoshi. The blades reinforced by armory tech, doton, and raiton provided her with nearly the ultimate defense. She mightily swung the executioner's blade as she got close to Kiyoshi. Every blade that was created pointed themselves at Kiyoshi and shot out to him in an attempt to impale him.

Kiyoshi smirked as she swung her blade for the killing blow. It was time to show her the difference in their levels. Kiyoshi's body suddenly erupted with chakra, forcing everything back with the output of chakra. His body began to turn as chakra flowed out of him and grew in sizes. He grew fangs, claws, and even tails, 6 of them. Kiyoshi was gone and what stood was a massive creature, with six tails, its body surging with demonic power. It let out a cry that mimicked the sound of thunder, the sky grew dark, the earth grew cold, the fear grew stronger. As it's sparking eyes looked down at the young girl.

Kurai Kaminari

Due from the insane chakra increase that forced everything back the clone underneath the ground was pushed further underground. Kurai was sent flying back and her justus were ended. She landed into a tree and she felt something. Something odd that her body didn't like. She couldn't remember what it was until a few moments later. She felt pain. Pain meant she was alive. That she was a person once again. She ignored the pain and did her best to stand up. Pulling herself off a broken chunk of tree that pierced her side. She stood up proudly ignoring the pain as blood leaked down her side. Something else she didn't quite notice yet. Her mask was laying on the ground and her true face was showing. She was staring her sensei down as she wielded the Kubikiribocho. Her vibrant blue eyes still defiantly staring him down as she was bleeding. She quickly created hand signs but it appeared the jutsu was delayed a bit. She took a defensive stance as she held the Kubikiribocho over her shoulder with one hand placed on the handle. Death before dishonor. Regardless of the cost she would never back down from anything within her life. Taking in a smooth breath she could actually feel how good it was. It was peaceful to her in all honesty. Taking that first breath and being able to actually feel it. She placed her feet firmly within the ground as she concentrated. Twelve blades appeared within the air floating around Kurai. It seemed that she had taken a liking to his jutsu and was going to rely on it along with her own techniques. She shifted her weight a bit placing eighty percent of her weight into her right foot. This was to run easier towards her target. However this was causing the blood from her body to pool out a bit faster. Her hand shifted upon the Kubikiribocho tilting it which would allow for an easier swing. She was going to continue on no matter what occurred. She stood there waiting for Kiyoshi to make his move.

Kiyoshi opened his mouth as chakra began to form, it was dark and electrifying. It charged up as he swallowed the ball whole and with a bursted. Released the tailed beast ball in a devastating area wide attack that would consume the whole area.

Ayane felt something within herself that she hadn't in a very long time. It was like Shukaku was with her still. At first it was very subtle but then once she noticed it she reacted with hand signs. As the chakra ball was eaten sand began to move towards her as if to protect her. Her hands moved on their own placing the Kubikiribocho within the soil. The armory blades disappeared as Kurai began to rapidly use hand signs of an unknown jutsu. Or rather one that she knew from a long time ago. As the tailed beast blast shot out at her a demonic technique was used by her. Sand quickly began to form in front of her to the size of a smaller version of Shukaku. The sand began to absorb every strong mineral within the ground allowing it become even stronger as she grabbed the Kubikiribocho and waited for the technique to absorb the tailed beast blast.

The demon shrunk back down to normal size and the normal Kiyoshi appeared with a yawn. "Alright enough of that." He said, as this wasn't going to go much further at this rate.

Once he returned to normal the sand guardian was still standing. It withstood a demon blast. However something occurred as it dissolved into normal sand. She didn't feel the connection anymore. She swore Shukaku was reunited with her for a second. She grabbed Kubikiribocho and sealed it away within her tattoo. Sighing softly she was still losing blood but hadn't noticed it quite yet. Better yet she hadn't even noticed her mask was off of her face yet. She merely stood there looking at Kiyoshi wondering if she had passed.

Kurai's eyes widened as she realized she was indeed missing her mask. She began to look around for it as her body started to seize up. The blood loss had become too great as that's when she noticed it. A wound in the left side of her body that was bleeding profusely. She smiled softly and then merely began to look around with her eyes searching for the mask to hid her face. She wanted to remain behind that mask as she still didn't see herself as alive yet.

Kiyoshi walked over to her as his hand glowed bright gold. He shoved his hand into her wound as slowly pulled it out as her body healed and the wound sealed up. "Again, we could have been at this point a lot faster." He said the high amount of time it took for her body to become fully healed.

The feeling of Kiyoshi's hand going inside of her wound stung a bit but she made not a single peep of pain. She listened to his comment scolding her about healing her body to it's normal state a lot sooner however. Even though it was healed she still didn't feel as if she deserved to have it back. "I haven't earned it." She said softly glancing around for the mask.

Kiyoshi held the mask in his hand as he held it up. "Life isn't earned, it is a gift. Punishing yourself will only slow getting Shukaku back, if your are fully healed. You get him back that much faster, he doesn't blame you. So you shouldn't blame yourself." He said handing the mask back to her, but hoped she wouldn't use it.

Kurai listened to what he had said however... she still felt as if it was all her fault. She needed to be punished for her failure... That's how the shinobi world was back in her time... A shinobi was punished for their failures. She took the mask from Kiyoshi and looked at it intently thinking about Shukaku. The bond they used to share was a very rare one among all Jinchuuriki and their Bijuu. A soft sigh came from her as she looked to her sensei and she asked him honestly. "How... do I look?" As she asked she held the mask at her side intending to place it upon her belt if she looked okay rather than wearing it.

Kiyoshi rubbed her cheek with a smile. "Beautiful." He said as he tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear. "Now no telling the principal." Kiyoshi joked as he was a teacher calling his student beautiful, some might imply it as sexual. But it was not...don't you all look at me like that, it not!

Once Kiyoshi rubbed her cheek she smiled softly as it felt good to be alive again. It felt truly wonderful to be able to feel once more. Kiyoshi moved a strand of hair behind her ear to only have the other side fall down. That's right... she remembered her hair had a mind of it's own in the past. Her greatest enemy for the longest time was her bangs. She looked to Kiyoshi and asked him. "What's the next step in my training?"
