The rest of the uneventful night had been a blessing, at least in Xander's opinion seeing as it meant no more torture for the day for anyone and those hurt had a chance to recover some. He still didn't sleep very easily of course but did catch a little rest before the world shook. The grunt eyed the guards as one left to check things out as he kept a hand pressed to the ground just in case something else happened. Maybe the stupid exploding shaymin did something.

Aulus jerked awake, insomuch as you could call it that given he hadn't really been asleep. He couldn't rest. He saw her face, her eyes, and heard his screams. Loathing and terror, and the whole thing just playing over and over....

But things were happening in the real world now, and those needed his attention. Eyes wide Aulus covered Hayes' head protectively and looked around. Yes, still here in this terrible place. Something was wrong, he could tell that much from the Galactics' panic... had somebody come to save them? It seemed like far too much to hope for. "What's happening?" he rasped, voice hoarse from crying and dehydration. Whatever it was wasn't going to make things worse, was it? They weren't going to crash?... Maybe that would be easier in the end. A quick death.

This was an interesting visit then.
Tambrey was content to listen to the exchange between Star and Lore, noting little things to herself on the tone and the content.

Xander's question, once answered, earned the spindly Galactic a curious frown instead of the cautious glare she'd begun to settle into.
Things were getting strange and interesting and she wasn't sure if it was more bad thrown on top of bad or something helpful to come. She was, however, willing to push significant doubt into the latter.
As Star left, the guard's comment, though she was sure it was of course a joke, earned said guard a contemplating frown. It was an interesting remark to share with them.

Lore's and then Aulus' comments were heard and she nodded slightly to the latter. Except.. she didn't hate them yet. She hated what they'd done with them, what they might do and what they had tried to do to the world, but she feared or found herself wary of certain Galactics she'd encountered so far. There wasn't yet a thing she could /hate/. Hating a team... seemed like too much hate to carry.
If anything, apparently, it was Tethys that she might be inclined to hate, however it was still more fear that crept in at thought of her for now.

The time spent without incident was time that Tambrey spent quietly. She found herself looking around at the others from time to time, almost as though checking they were all still there. She slept too, a little, but this just meant that she had to look around every little while when she woke back up again.
She was in one of her dozes when something rather dramatic seemed to happen; finding herself suddenly eye-to-eye with a wall wasn't her favourite way to wake up.
Now alarms and all sorts were going off.
"What the frak?! Cavalry?" She found herself excited suddenly. Forget the overly friendly wall; they might have been found!

Hayes had been dead weight against Aulus for some time now, his chest rising and falling as he drifted between states of unconsciousness. What the blond was doing couldn't be called sleep, because sleep was restful. This was stasis, and he seemed unwilling to emerge despite the tears drying in his hair until the ship rocked violently and his partner tried to suffocate him with his abs.

"Mngh," he muttered and shifted, trying to make sense of what was going on. The Galactics were gone, he felt like hell, and some person present knew Battlestar Galactica. That was as much as he could make out with his face mashed into Aulus' t-shirt.

"Shh," Aulus stroked Hayes' hair as the blond stirred against him. "It's alright. You're safe." For now. He wanted to say he would stop them taking him again, that he wouldn't let them hurt him anymore but he couldn't promise that. He couldn't promise anything. Closing his eyes he squeezed his partner very gently and tilted his head to kiss his hair and whisper so that it would be audible only to him; "I'm sorry."

A lot of different stuff happened, none of witch Jerome really felt particularly inclined to respond or react too.
He was at least sitting down by the time the two rockets were returned to them, and did little more then just watch from where he was sitting against a far wall, hunched forward.

Even when another Galactic came in, a new one, not a guard. Started talking to Lore.
No idea what the ******** that was all about, but still, Jerome did little then sit and listen, and wonder who that dude was. Galactic sure had some of its own strange people in it.

Sleeping was not an option for Jerome.
He already had a hard enough time sleeping, being a light sleeper, but here, he wasn't likely to get much in the way of rest with the dull pain from his arm and shoulder, and the unfamiliar noises that would constantly jar him back awake if he did manage to doze off.

The explosion was definitely one of those noises that jerked the ex-gangster up.
glancing around, he pushed himself to his feet, but didn't move from there, just glancing at the other Rockets before locking his eyes on the bars of the far side of the cell.

Like the others, Lore was jarred awake by the chaotic event. He pushed himself to sit up, looking a blood-caked mess, hair sticking in 30 directions, "s'it time for breffast...?" He muttered, glancing around with the eye that wasn't swollen shut.

When the fog in his head cleared and he realized what was happening, he frowned. "...wait so are we being rescued or attacked?"

The answer to this popular question came when the guard who'd left returned. The other guards looked to him, as anxious for information as the Rockets.

"It came from inside." He was out of breath. It sounded like he'd run a long way to get information. This would indicate their radios were on the fritz. They were still on emergency power. The blast had clearly knocked out a lot of systems.

"Inside? Do we know it's not Team Rocket?"

He shook his head, "No sign of Rockets or cops. The robotics lab and all the rooms around it are just.. gone. We're relocating."

"Arceus.."

Lore's brow furrowed at this news. With their guards still present, it didn't look like this was of any immediate benefit to the captured Rockets, but bad news for Galactic was always good news for them.

"..is this gonna delay breakfast? I was hoping for waffles."

"Shut up!"

It occurred to Hayes he was in the lap of another guy who was stroking his hair and whispering things in his ear.

If it hadn't been Aulus, he would've been worried.

Even if it was Aulus, it was still sort of awkward when a ship was exploding around them.

Thoughts like this meant he was feeling better.

"M'okay. 're you okay?" the blond muttered and sat up stiffly, fumbling for his glasses out of habit. His palm touched nothing but cold floor; he ran a hand through his blood- and tear-encrusted hair instead and regretted it. "The hell.." Hayes couldn't see, but he could hear, and as he listened to the confused Galactics his brow furrowed. Inside. No Rockets.

"S'either a big accident or someone's gone Starscream," he mumbled, trying to ward off the thought that if the ship went down or caught fire anyone locked in the cells would be trapped.

Relocating again.
No Rockets.
She remembered the first time they'd seen the airship, the mission to retrieve Nyx, how big it had seemed... An entire piece of it just gone. She didn't think Team Rocket would risk that sort of tactic- not if they wanted them back alive, so she found herself accepting what she heard.
"No cavalry. Yet." She found herself saying. The 'yet' was important; it was a nice word as well as a self reassurance. However, if it wasn't Team Rocket, then what had caused the explosion? What was going on?
Lore's breakfast comment got an appreciated look- perhaps with a little relief; it didn't sound the same as his tired attempt before somehow; just struck as seeming a little more natural.

She missed Hayes' comment, though a glance to make sure he and/or Aulus hadn't rolled into a wall or anything was given, as she made her way cautiously toward the cell bars, wishing to try and get a better look out there. Her vision wasn't as bad as Hayes' but she really wished they'd at least given her spare glasses back if, or rather when, they'd searched her confiscated bag.

Roughly 15 minutes after the explosion, systems started coming back online. The lighting was first, followed by the radios. 20 minutes after the Rockets had been jarred awake, the sound of massive engines roared to life somewhere in the distance. The floor and walls carried a faint vibration from the airship's turbines. Several moments passed, then the room started to move. The movement was subtle and gradual, like a ship rolling over waves on the ocean. Without windows it was hard to tell what direction they were moving in exactly, but the airship was definitely rising off the ground.

Lore glanced around as the ship rose and swayed. "...s'kind of relaxing. Why don't you guys fly this thing all the time?"

The sound of the humming engines grew louder and was soon accompanied by a strange sort of whine. All the guards in the brig took hold of any available sturdy surface with their free hand and spread their feet. Moments after they'd braced themselves, the room jerked and any loose objects lying around clattered toward the rear as the airship rocketed forward at a speed that didn't seem reasonable for anything so large.

Lore yelped as he (and probably a few other Rockets) slid across their cell and thudded against the bars.

Well that explained Lore's question. Xander let out a short yell as he tumbled, glad he had at least still been on the floor. He let his hip take the brunt of the impact on the bars then held on to them and looked at the others. "So glad flying isn't on the regular agenda." He said then paled slightly as he imagined just how high they might be.

"I'm... fine," Aulus replied after a pause. All the could do now, he supposed, was wait for the power to come back on.

----

Eventually did, but it was not all good news.

As the ship jerked Aulus covered Hayes' head protectively, ducking his own head at the same time instinctively. They'd already been more or less in the corner but Aulus' shoulder did bounce uncomfortably against the bars. "Well this doesn't seem good," he muttered hoarsely, letting Hayes' head go again and actually looking around at the rest of his companions for the first time since they'd been shoved back into the cell. "Everyone alright?" What was going on? Nothing good... and nothing good for Galactic either or so it seemed. "Can't be our lot coming to get us... can it?" Was that too much to hope for? Probably was.

Lore had to ask didn't he...
It had been interesting and perhaps a little disheartening, to be moving to yet another unknown location but at least it had been moving like an airship before and not some Wailord-sized torpedo.

"Gaah!" One moment Tambrey had been sitting up on one side of the cell, now she found herself tumbling across toward the other.
She found herself showing her geek a little strong as she muttered an answer to Lore's question.
"... because they haven't figured out inertial dampeners yet."

If she'd landed on anyone, or anyone on her, she'd be quick to apologize and extract herself.

Aulus gave a very very nervous sounding laugh. "Maybe they should try reversing the polarity." He did not claim, or wish, to be a card carrying geek but there were certain things he had been interested in before meeting Hayes and, well, once you did meet Hayes and spend a significant amount of time with him some degree of geekification was unavoidable.
