Egan O'Connor "Very well, Brain if you think you can do it alone....just don't let anything happen to the car." He added with a wink, the kid had confidence in himself if nothing else. Maybe that friend of his would come up with something useful as well. And if Brian did not want the help there was still plenty to be done right here in Chicago.

Brian O'CallighanBrian nodded again. "I won't let you down." He left Egan's office and went to the basement. Swiftly grabbing supplies and placing them in the truck he turned his attention to the envelope. He guessed right, Instructions. He grabbed the key and found the lock box. After opening it and grabbing what was inside he closed it and went upstairs. The ke was in his pocket. "Eugene can I get some whisky for the road? I have something that the boss wanted me to give you."

Eugen Greenly [NPC] "Not a problem Brian" He said as he finished pouring a beer for a customer. Eugene walked to the back corner of the bar and pulled out an unopened bottle. "there you are kid. Now what's this the boss has for me?" He asked as he set the bottle down on the table. Eugene was used to being the go between for many of Egan's dealings with outsiders and with orders to his own men. This was just another part of his job, and he didn't mind it at all.

Brian O'Callighan"Just a little gift." Brian said grabbing the key and sliding over to him. He sighed. "What do you know about Canada and the people? I have a friend but he isn't native Canadian." Brian wanted to gather information about whatever he could. He smiled and grabbed the bottle of whiskey. "I know some are English speaking and others are French. But any advice?" He placed bottle in his jacket.

Eugen Greenly [NPC] "Don't mention the Us in the war they resent us since we were only in it for a few months not the whole thing. Other than that be polite and you should be fine as long as you stay away from the French portion they are quite rude and think they are one of God's gifts to the world from my experience." Eugene said with a laugh as he took the key and put it under the registers cash drawer.

Brian O'CallighanBrian nodded and smiled. "Shouldn't be a problem. I was in Ireland the whole time. Fighting our own war of independence from those Brits. But thanks for the advice." Brian brought out a five and gave it to Eugene. "All I got left till next pay. Don't go crazy with it." He started to walk to his truck. He would try to make it a fast trip. Booze and weapons are who he would go after. But mostly booze. He chuckled and left.

Seamus made his way to O'connor's office, he had always liked the man... Straight to business; and its hard not to trust a fellow O'connor. As he made the walk he went over the things that needed be discussed, new arms dealer, sources paying off, and any new objectives. As he passed through the lobby he greeted a couple of the patrons, nodding to Greenly as was his tradition.
As he approached Eagan's door he took a quick bump from his pocket, once he was settled he rapped on the door. "Sir I have a few things I would like to discuss, if you 'ave the time o course," he waited for an answer. As he did he pulled a small notepad out of his inner coat pocket, he skimmed the most recent page before returning it.

Eugen Greenly [NPC] Eugene put the five aside and laughed to himself as he got back to his duties. The kid still didn't realize Egan gave his boys free drinks within reason, he would have to explain it to the kid, if and when he got back. With another show starting and all the patrons sated for now Eugene leaned against the wall and turned half his attention to the young songbirds and dancers who were strutting their stuff.

Egan O'Connor "let yourself in, and have a seat then.: He said as he continued to smoke his cigar not bothering to get up, but sure his pistol was in quick reach. Seamus seemed like a good lad so far, but he did not fully trust him yet. That would take time.

Seamus walked in and took a seat, he scanned the boss for a moment before getting to business, "First order of business would be the drunk German Gerulf that came in yesterday, turns out he is a very proficient arms dealer that is willing to make good deals on his wares." He let the information settle before continuing, "my network has finally started to reach a good size, I can't get info from within the other hideouts yet... But anything that happens on the street level we will hear about first."Seamus sat back, he wanted to give Eagan a moment to think before he asked the question. "Last but not least... Where would you like me to focus my attention next?" Seamus was a versatile member of the family, while his focus is intelligence he excels at dealing with people. Now that he had said his piece he waited for the boss to lay out his expectations.

Egan O'Connor "We need to strengthen our lines on the streets, when the war breaks I want to be ready. Brian may be good at fixing up the toys you and bring in, but we need men behind them." He said as he leaned forward and opened his cigar box to offer one to Seamus. "But, so far I would say your doing a fine job and the money is flowing well."

Richard O'SullivanO'Sullivan had been gone on an intelligence mission, which kept him away from the Harlequin for a few weeks. He was supposed to be finding out where each mob was drawing their lines throughout the city. He found more than he bargained for in some situations. For example the Germans weren't just drawing their territorial lines they were taking things over, and shutting down some of the key areas in the city. O'Sullivan hadn't slept in three days. He looked worn out, and was absolutely filthy from spending nights in the gutter to avoid being caught. O'Sullivan walked into the Harlequin and looked at Eugene, "Is the boss in?" he asked not really stopping to wait for the answer, but pausing to allow his friend to answer him.

Eugen Greenly [NPC] Eugene looked at the man who had become quite close to his boss. "Yeah he is in had plenty of business to talk today. But, he has been waiting for you to return, he is in his office." He said as he poured a drink and pushed it across the bar to Richard.

Richard O'SullivanO'Sullivan nodded, though his mind was so tired he hardly acknowledged what was going on. He walked forward, his bloodshot eyes rimmed red from the stress and persistent non sleep he'd been putting himself through. His shoes thumped heavy on the wooden floor was he walked back towards O'Connor's office. He knocked and waited to be summoned so that O'Conner didn't think that he was some intruder who needed to be shot. HIs body felt like it had a ton of bricks on it, his clothes were tattered, but he'd worn old clothes, not the new one's he'd bought to keep up appearances around the Harlequin. Rather in these clothes he would have been mistaken as a common street rat, begging for a crust out of the gutter.

Egan O'Connor "Enter" he said simply today had been a big day for planning and business. However he was not quite sure who it was this time. As usual he placed his hand on his gun and waited to see. Although he did have some interest in seeing how Seamus reacted in a tough situation he would prefer that place not be in his office.
