smiling, she took the dress back into the single changing room they had, pulling it on quickly before rushing back out. "How does it look?" She smiled, her eyes aglow as she spun back and forth in the much more appropriate dress.

Chaos gazed towards the rack the elegant dress came from, spotting a few clothes that could fit him as well. His eyes flickered to his own wardrobe. Maybe it was time for him to change...?
His thoughts were interrupted when Cybil walked out. He turned to face her and smiled softly at her. "It looks very nice, almost like a princess." he complimented.

"thanks~" she hummed before glancing to the side. "Um.... " she mumbled, not sure how to put it. "Now it's your turn!!" Grinning deviously, she pushed him into the dressing room with an outfit she knew would fit him.

"What?" Chaos blinked, too surprised to stop the child from pushing him into the dressing room. He turned around to see the door close behind him and slowly looked back at the small space used for changing clothes. There was a wardrobe for him already picked out and waiting. How did he not catch this? Had he paid for this too? He gingerly felt the fabric against his gloved fingers. Not fine silk like his current wardrobe, but still comfortable. Straightening up, Chaos looked at the mirror. Staring back at him was a middle-aged man with a sober look on his face. His face was remarkable albeit the rather large bandage that took his entire right cheek, it added but mystery to his face. His body fit his ballroom suit finely, muscles undoubtedly fitted beneath the cloth. Hair white as snow with darkened tips. So many years and he hadn't changed one bit. Chaos slowly let his eyes go to the wardrobe: a simple button-up shirt with black slacks and a plaid scarf. He felt the scarf and pulled it off. Maybe it was time to change.

Approximately twenty minutes passed before the door of the dressing room opened. "I feel... off." Chaos said sheepishly as he stepped out of the room. With his new attire, he looked like an entirely different person. The button-up hugged his body nicely, but the sleeves were baggy around his arms. The pants were just like his old, only they complimented his boots. The scarf hugged at his face and his his mouth and his cheeks well while keeping a good distance for him to breath and speak. All in all, he looked like a high class man dressed in casual clothes.

smiling up at him, she rolled her eyes. "You don't look off." She hummed, giggling softly as she spotted a few blushing women who's stepped in while he was changing. "those ladies over there seem to think you look good." She smiled, pointing to them and giggling when the women blushed more.

Following her gaze, Chaos caught sight of the women blushing and trying to look away from him, though they kept glancing back at him occasionally. His mind instantly went back to last night, when Cybil told him about her vision of an heir and heartbreak. He allowed his mind to drift to the thought of him and a lover. Maybe one of those women could be the one for him? Chaos tried to see it, but he only ended up chuckled as he did the same night of the vision. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't picture himself with any of the people he saw. He saw nothing against them, he just couldn't bring himself to feel any sort of lust or deep affection towards them. Besides, it was his brother that had the son. Chaos' face softened at the thought of his brother. He would have to check on him soon, after Cybil was given a family.

spinning back and forth in her dress, Cybil smiled up at Chaos. "so.... now what....?" she mumbled, her soft eyes glimmering as she looked up at him.

"We find you a new family." he said solemnly and held out his hand for her to take. Without gloves blanketing his hand, his hand was smooth with slender, long fingers; just as exquisite as his fine gloves, which he missed so.

biting her lip, she nodded and took his hand. "o-okay..." she mumbled, holding her skirt tightly with her free hand. she couldnt help but be nervous, she hadn't really had a decent family in decades.... not since her real parents raised her. all those years ago...

The first family was a mere few blocks away. The family consisted of a single and pregnant mother that already had three children ranging from ages 8 through 17. She mentioned how the dad just ran out and how things have been hard, that she was sure she'd meet the one soon. It was more an attempt to get Chaos than the girl. The man stirred a little afterwards, said his thanks to her and hurried Cybil out of the home.
The next few families weren't so pleasing. The next family consisted of an alcoholic that, though sober at the time, still had the scent of alcohol on his breath. His wife in the background had a black eye and said once confronted that she just fell down on some stairs. The family after was a father much too depressed after the loss of his child that he was willing to take anyone in to replace her.
After a few more families that didn't seem much better, Chaos stopped at a nearby bakery with his eyebrow twitching in agitation. Was it so impossible or a decent family to exist? Had his work corrupted so many? Chaos gazed at the ground for a second. His work had caused this, had caused an innocent child to become homeless. He shouldn't take pity on her, he was aware of this, but there was so much he could take.

noticing the twitch, she gave a sigh and shook her head. "don't feel so upset over it. most people here have it pretty rough... there's not much money here, and what little there is is usually swallowed up by the one rich family in town....." she mumbled, looking off towards the large and foreboding mansion that loomed over the town. "but, it's okay.... i mean, its not like i'm not used to living alone" she sighed, hugging her middle tightly.

"That is no way for a child to live." Chaos sighed and looked to the bakery, its treats beginning to occupy his mind. "Come," he said. "Let us get some food first. I am sure you're quite hungry."

"okay..." She nodded, jumping when her stomach growled. "Heh, guess I am pretty hungry"

Chuckling lightly, Chaos walked her into the store where they were greeted by a humble and slightly overweight man with a large mustache on his face. "Take your pick at anything you'd like." he told her before ordering some bread himself.

nodding, the child licked her lips and gazed at all the sweet foods payed out for display. Muffins of all flavors, blueberry, lemon, apple, banana, cinomin.... She smiled and gently inhaled the scent, only to pick up a stronger scent. Following it, she smiled at the next shelf that had an array of cookies from plain to frosting decorated to chocolate chip, and just below that shelf were swirls... Covered in white glaze. "C-can I try that...?" She blinked, not sure what to call the cinomin scented thing since she couldn't read the sign that labeled it a cinomin roll.
