Remember Iron out all arguments here. A part from that, just be more descriptive in your techniques. Just stating your using Dynamic Entry doesn't really cover everything as it requires you throwing a kunai to distract me then attack my blind spot.

Btw, His decimals do count. It counts because he is using the 8 gates which boost portions of speed ranks never a full rank in speed. Which right now, he is boosted by 1/6 speed which is where the ".6" is coming from.
