Again Inigo was more than a little uncomfortable, with the mention of so many legendaries... Kyogre was in the base somewhere, he knew, but he had no idea what others they were referring to. They couldn't mean those that Team Galactic had in the Machine, could they..? It was possible.. With a soft frown, he pulled out his dex again to tap out another short report to Claire. Briefly he wondered where all his teammates were and how they were handling being here, because he certainly didn't really care for this in the slightest. Why couldn't he have found them and sat near them?

Rosie, Luke
Nicolette listened and watched as Rosie asked Luke's question for him, paying the panel her full attention as she sat up straight and for all the world seemed the most attentive trainer ever. She didn't know what a Kyogre or a Mew were, but they sounded like they might be one of these Legendaries... Not that she knew what those were, either.

Rosie
With a nod, the woman took a moment to begin her reply. "I think the first and foremost thought should be that it is still a living Pokemon, regardless of its origins. In either case the best option is to report the situation the best you can - if you see one in the wild, you should say when and where exactly you found it, and note its behavior if possible. If for sale, you should give a description of who was selling it, where, and when. Don’t buy it, because you’d simply be encouraging them to continue their illegal activities."
As Cynthia finished, Glacia added, “Please also keep in mind that not everyone who sells uniquely colored Legendaries is aware of the problem. You should still report the occurrence straight away, but we ask that you not treat the person with automatic suspicion or hostility without knowing the full situation.”

Once it was clear that no one else had questions, Cynthia offered a small gesture to Alder, and he leaned forward and pulled his microphone towards him simultaneously. “On that note, I advise you all to react to Team Galactic - if you ever come across any - the same as you would react to any Team Rocket members you might see. Remember that they are dangerous criminals who have proved on several occasions just how dangerous they are. If you meet one, I advise you to remove yourself from the situation as quickly as possible, and contact either the authorities or a League official - or both - as soon as you possibly can, and give a full description of the person and the situation if possible. Do not engage them unless you absolutely have to, and then do your absolute best to defend yourself so that you can get help or call the authorities.”
He paused and gestured to one of the various assistants, and soon after one of the large screens on the back wall lit up with various images. Some were a little blurry, others were artists’ renditions, others were witness descriptions, but all were - or described - the faces or upper bodies of people. Rockets in the audience might recognize them as grunts they passed in the halls at HQ but likely didn’t really know at all. Alder leaned back and continued, “What we’re showing you now are images of confirmed Team Rocket members, so that you can know to avoid them if you encounter them in the future. We want to uproot Team Rocket from Kodo, but more than that, we want each and every one of you to stay safe,” he said in firm tones, but then he smiled. “And with that, we’re opening up the panel to any questions any of you have about anything! Anything we talked about, anything we didn’t talk about - we’re here for you guys.”
((Meaning that’s it for the info dump tonight! The raid will progress tomorrow at 6pm EST, but between now and then, your characters can ask as many or as few questions of the panel as they like, and the panel will answer them, or your characters can talk/whisper amongst themselves if they prefer. Also note that the panel is still technically in session, so please stay in your seats!))

Luke could hardly agree with the advice the League offered, suggesting that they should just run away at the first opportunity and tell the police. Obviously that wasn't working, if Team Rocket had grown to be such a problem - if so many of them had been injured and had pokemon stolen. What bothered him most, however, enough for him to raise his hand in request for the opportunity to speak, was the contradiction they offered.
"I appreciate the fact that League has come to Kodo," he said, "and I agree with sentiment that safety is the most important thing, but to be fair, there are a lot of trainers here that have been dealing with and fighting against Team Rocket for longer than the League's had a presence. You said earlier that Rocket was driven out of Kanto by trainers working together with the League, so it's kind of… a little strange to tell willing and capable trainers to just leave it to the authorities. A lot of us have been hurt before and are ready to risk being hurt again for the sake of defending this island."
