Description: This weapon is normally used to seal targets, however the secret to that technique was lost in the ages. However, the natural energy of the gourd is not lost. To be more accurate, however, it is a specialized kind of natural energy which instead steals life, burning away souls. Shinobi can use the gourd as a medium for elemental ninjutsu[only the 5 basic elements]. Besides clones and a variety of others[listed below], the gourd can be used to spit out any technique for twice the cost. In exchange, cells that touch the senjutsu suffer necrosis, damaging not only the body but the soul. If one is hit head on[chest/head] death is almost certain. If not killed immediately, though, the wounds cannot be healed or regenerated normally, taking a week out of combat to heal.

Description: This fan is a mystery in its properties. Some speculate it was formed from the hairs of dragons, or fused with the Sage’s own chakra which it taps into. What is known, however, is that the Bashosen can tap into any of the five base elemental transformations. To activate, one places 50 chakra points into it and is able to create a column or twister of the element that can be created at any sort of angle the wielder waves the fan. The jutsu is the strength of an S-Rank ninjutsu of the element. Even Kage cannot use this consistently because of its consumption, and it’s even harder for a normal person to safely handle without literally killing themselves activating it.

Description: This sword was crafted, And when i say Crafted, It was crafted to the Extreme. It was counted on top of the great Mt Fuji, The hilt was made by a great old and blind Craftsman, The leather Wrapped around the hilt was given to Hattori by sasuke Sarutobi, And the blade was Blessed by the high priestess of the great shrine tsurihime. The carvings inside the blade consist of the words. "Better to die a hero in the night, Before awaking a coward in the morning." Exact words from Hattori Hanzo to live by.

But one had an eye for the blade. The man was a fool, He walked up towards him and stuck his hand out for the blade. As soon as his hand was at an extention, He had no chance to breath before his hand was sent flying. The group circuled him and Yami just smiled. They shouted Your dead at him. He just stood with the straw hat covering his face. He used his acute senses to detect how man was there. He heard footsteps behind him. There was also one set of foot steps to both sides. With the man bleeding to death in front of him, There was a total of 4 left. The two rushed at him from behind but Yami spin ducked slicing the inner organs of the two out. The blood drenched his hat as the other two came at him. One attempted a jab towards the stomach, He moved over. The other attempted a head slice, He ducked turning the blade and jabbing it inside the stomach of him. Turning it, he pulled it out as the last one attempted to run. As he ran a kunai flew and pierced the back of his throat. He walked up to the man gargaling in blood. The sword hovering over him, He stared into the eyes of the man. "Better to die a hero at night....Then to awake a coward in the morning." He said as he jabbed the blade into the head of the man ending his suffering. He gripped the end of the sheath and slid the blade across it before putting it inside and walking away.

Besides the fact that we follow a different storyline than the Naruto series (so there never was a Sasuke Sarutobi), this sword holds no actual custom abilities. It's just a sword with a background. You don't need to apply for it.

1) Really, an auto kill mechanic based on where a person is hit, No
2) 4. They MUST be original ideas. No copying bloodlines or already made weapons. No copying Canon weapons either, or basing weapons of things in Canon.
3) It still casts jutsu, even if they are twice the cost. Just No.
4) 'Use as a medium for elemental ninjutsu [only the 5 basic elements]' So this means if gives you access to all 5 elements in some way or another. No

Um... It doesn't do that either. Nowhere in there does it actually say it gives me the five elements, I simply specified that it cannot be used with advanced chakra natures[Ice, Lava, Storm, etc.].
And, as stated, it isn't "doesn't just give", it's "doesn't give" jutsu.

1. Well, most won't hit or will kill on hit either way... I could tone it down a bit, though.
2. Eh~ Was that rule always like that? I read it before and it didn't state anything beyond the first sentence. Weird.
3. Technically, the thing itself isn't casting jutsu. It might be like saying that a river being controlled with ninjutsu is casting jutsu. That's my way of thinking, at least.

As per that rule, it does not cast jutsu. It adds an effect to jutsu that you cast yourself. Therefore, it does not "give me a jutsu". However, the effect that it gives to my jutsu might be OP depending on the jutsu it's used with, so I added perimeters[the list] to what jutsu it cannot work with.

No, it doesn't just give you jutsus. It gives you five elements.

Um... It doesn't do that either. Nowhere in there does it actually say it gives me the five elements, I simply specified that it cannot be used with advanced chakra natures[Ice, Lava, Storm, etc.].
And, as stated, it isn't "doesn't just give", it's "doesn't give" jutsu.

And, to Caesar's points:
1. Well, most won't hit or will kill on hit either way... I could tone it down a bit, though.
2. Eh~ Was that rule always like that? I read it before and it didn't state anything beyond the first sentence. Weird.
3. Technically, the thing itself isn't casting jutsu. It might be like saying that a river being controlled with ninjutsu is casting jutsu. That's my way of thinking, at least.
4. No, that's not what it means. That's taken out of context.

Okay, I have no problem with that. I wasn't fighting you because I especially wanted the weapon passed or being stubborn, I just felt like there were misunderstandings that should be flattened out before the final decision. And the appeal wasn't for the specific weapon, just the right to make the set as I saw how my making them could breach the 4th rule, so I want you to know that I was not going behind your back to bypass your decision. Sorry for the trouble with this, then.
