"So Raye, how's the tea?"

"Do you think it'll help you?"

"Worried again, neh, Kuraudo?"

"What? Well...of course I am!" Cloud is once again blushing, but slightly more visable this time.

"Tea is good!" she said, lifting the cup and drinking, her body stiff and shaking.

[-Summer Cherries-]

All of a sudden, the waitress came rushing back with a smile on her face and a pink, heart-shaped cake in her hands. Looking back and forth between Cloud and Raye, she said, "I've got a surprise! Call it service, but I felt that these two lovebirds over here needed something nice to share with each other."

Raye instantly falls off her chair, a look of utter shock on her face. "Wh-what??"

"heh heh, thanks! They needed help!"

"WHAT!?!?!?' Cloud flushed.

Raye then began to babble incoherently, "Wha- huhg... huh??"
Cloud, on the other hand was speechless.

The waitress looked innocently confused, or was at least acting like she was.

"Ara? Do you mean to say you are not a couple? I was so sure....."

"S-sure?" she almost screamed, shocked.
"We're not." Cloud said with a soft tinge on his cheeks.  

[-Summer Cherries-]

The waitress let out a soft sigh.

"If that's the case, then I suppose you don't need this cake...." With agonizing slowness, she lifted the cake off the table.

Cake....
"Well you made it... We might as well eat it. I love cake." whee

The waitress beamed.

"Such cake is reserved for young couples, but I suppose I can make an exception in your case." she said with a wink.

"Right..." .____. She slowly dug into the cake, embarrassed.
[[lubble your hat. Your outfit is adorable rite now]]
Cloud crossed his arms over his chest uncomfortably and stared out the window.

The waitress shimmied over to Cloud and leaned close to his ear.

"Are you sure you don't want some of the cake? It's delicious, and she's eating too...." she said with a glance at Raye.

Cloud leaned back in his chair, falling over. O///O
