It was awesome. Those old ladies got $|{ill2. I hadn't seen Scrabble played that well since the last time I watched ESPN2.

And he won...dangit. But he went against this Asian-American lasy called black widow. Dude, she is good...It was a thing over 5 days with rounds, and a lot of other champions, it got down to her and him. I think she could beat him one of these days...

They have fancy green tiles, and have past champions and aficionados who blather on about stategy and playing style. And the dudes playing are all dorky looking in their mustaches and big glasses and they manage to Bingo every other turn.

What's it called? Ah! Nathan's Famous(tm) Annual Hotdog Eating contest! Was Kobiashi using still using the Sampson Method? Have you ever watched Scrabble on ESPN2? It's soo cool. They have fancy green tiles, and have past champions and aficionados who blather on about stategy and playing style. And the dudes playing are all dorky looking in their mustaches and big glasses and they manage to Bingo every other turn.

The Sampson Method is a technique for eating hotdogs in competitions. You take the hotdog, break it in half, then eat the two halves side by side (it's more of a shoving motion than anything chewing based.) Then you dip the bun in water so it's mushy and you don't have to chew it. You just shove it on down.
