"It's funny that you can kill someone in war and be seen as a hero, but do it in peace, and you're a criminal."

"...I thought you were a hero..." Atella muttered. "A lot of people did. My master was just very politically powerful, and influenced the law to have you seen as a criminal by the government. I don't think the people ever once saw you as that."  

[Zahzi]

"Odd how the very same land I fought for turned on me so quickly..."

"The government is corrupt like that. If you upset the wrong person who has any sort of connection with it, you'll soon find yourself in jail..."  

[Zahzi]

"And now, he has been killed."

"But you are still imprisoned, and so am I for killing him."  

[Zahzi]

"On my part, perhaps. But not on your's." Atella sighed heavily.  

[Zahzi]

"You killed him, and you were rid of his abuse. I killed his sons to save a family, and I must pay for the murders."

"Heroes shouldn't have to pay for good crimes."  

[Zahzi]

"As you said, that is our government."

". . .Perhaps we can get Divinious to plead your case?" Atella asked, raising an eyebrow. "I'd imagine he has political influence."  

[Zahzi]

"There's a reason I'm still here as a Gladiator."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I'm going to guess because you have nothing else to do." Atella sighed heavily.

"But what about settling down and just having a peaceful living for once..? A family maybe?"
