Yes and no.

We base the majority off of image, biography, personality, and age. The rest is, "I think he/she'd fit well here."

Ah, figured it was based on a complex algorithm solved by a team of expert monkeys!

My two characters already have someone to talk to at the moment, and I don't
know how long that would last. Umm... I'd definitely like it if Akihiko and Kou
were to meet. The basics you have written up for her so far leans more towards
them two getting along either way. If anything I'll probably be making a third
character (i usually start with three, I have a lot of ideas and three characters
usually gets most of my thoughts out best lol). But I would love to RP with
you nevertheless! I'll make it happen!

I'm in no rush, really. It can happen whenever it happens. I just have to get off my bum and finish her profile. emo

But first I must drive to the grocery store. All we have is cereal. SO. I will be off, for now. Hopefully to return with food, and a moderately depleted wallet. I'll finish her today so we can maybe plot something out, whether it be with Akihiko or another one of your characters. Sound good?

Very recently; I only just finished my character today. I got a random invite and I had a character idea that I had no other place for. I hope I can keep up with it all; this is a pretty big venture here and I have quite a few other characters. But I thought I would give it a shot.
