In Megaman 1, there was only one of these badboys; in Wily castle. It refilled EVERYTHING.

TtheHero Yep. It's made a lOT of references in Capcom games.
In Megaman 1, there was one one of these badboys; in Wily castle. It refilled EVERYTHING. It was most common in the 194X games. God, you'd see one of those things and be like "OMG I MSUT HAVE!" And it'd distract you from the 40 million billion bullets flying at your plane.

I also never realized this before (because i never got to play a lot of Capcom games in the past.)
Captain Commando was the original Capcom mascot.
