"I see." said Rahvine rubbing her forehead while she listened to Caius. So basically we're stuck here until Caius catches Brandon. And meanwhile finding Kiero's Jane is on hold and my time is running out. thought Rahvine, her eyes hidden behind her hand.

Rahvine's hand dropped into her lap and she nodded as Caius ran off. After a moment she turned to look at Kiero. "Hey Kiero." said Rahvine quietly.

Rahvine shrugged. "I'm a vampire,...I don't get hurt very easily anymore." As well as I can be, considering Aura got hurt and I still didn't get Nicole-sama's blood. thought Rahvine.
