Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu does the hand signs he got a small flicker then it ended

"Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)" Kiyoshi body started to surge with electricty, the result was his body being shocked all over. However he was use to it so he felt nothing.
