Sazuka57 6/10. If you're trying to make a Wily avi, you're going about it the wrong way. But since you have that saucer of yours, may i suggest a Dr. Eggman avi? =0 WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'M GOING ABOUT IT THE WRONG WAY! I'd rather you showed me a better tektek of Wily then. Hmph. 9/10 for NinShmux.

I mean I could go with the blue pants and brown shoe look but everyone knows Wily for his ufo. I have the pants, I think I didn't buy the shoes for that one but they aren't hard to find.

NinShmux Is Ribbin on your account? :B This needed to be quoted. xd Anyways, Sazuka gets a 4/10. There's hypothetically a green scheme there, but none of the colors gel properly and the items don't compliment each other at all.
