Yeah I'm on it because we are about to have another storm xp
Had one day of bright sun and the earth was like "k dats enough" and now the deluge begins again.

That's awesome thhe unc is having a turn around, it's funny that some people do that later in life, lots of people quit smoking in their 60s just to cling to the quality of life they have.
I always tell older relatives that they are going to live longer than they care to, and what they do now just dictates how they are going to physically feel for the rest of it. It doesn't usually do you the kindness of going quickly if you've stacked a bunch of terrible habits.
Hope he sticks with it and keeps cooking up a storm!

Aww sucks about the shoulder, I had it really bad with my rotator cuff from side sleeping and had to have physio from it, luckily I just remember the exercises, sleep how I want and resume self-physio when it returns.

Doing my nails tonight after a day of the store I work at just falling apart at the seams for no reason.

mornin! pretty lazy night last nite which is fine. gonna be cold at nite this weekend but at least not pipe freezing cold.. barely above it tho. gotta go up to the other house and help mom work on it. someday we wont have work to do on it.. i just know it lol. bro's already cranky. gonna be a "fun" day but gotta do the things.

Same here! It's like spring got cancelled, woke up to actual 0 degrees for no reason.
Sprinted from my bed to my throw blanket in the kitchen to be able to perform basic functions.
Spent way too long in a scolding hot bath to escape the cold but then the sun came up and it became the nicest day ever. xp

Keep that shoulder rested! Make sur eyou do lil range of motion streches, nothing that hurts, just til you get that lil "ahhh" feeling.
I sat on an office chair sideways like a chaise lounge with my bad shoulder arm resting on the backrest so I could keep playing games while needing physio whee
Dunno if you can make a lil adaption like that

Work was so damn busy because it's Dydd Gwyl Dewi, the day for celebrating the patron Saint of Wales. Sold a bunch of daffodil themed jewellery lol, while at the same time trying to get an entire remerch done while open.
We pulled it off but dammnnnn, we were so busy every coffee I made went cold crying

Sunday tomorrow though, hoping it will be much chiller, bf back so I can stop having to make my own food in the evening like some cave person xp

walked an hour today. have eaten rly good today. ive chubbed up over the winter with all this stress. i dunno if now is the time to try and diet but i can at least walk a bunch daily and try to be good. and see how far i get lol..

been busy all day buying groceries and cleanin up house and helpin mom. gonna play some wows i think its time to catch up my gear and get back into raiding to get away from reality some. might sing some more. karaoke'd last nite and it was fun.

I gained a few pounds over the winter but I've been kinda doing that deliberately so there is more weight on me when I exercise, planning a calorie deficit around the start of may to blast the lil fat away to reveal the new bod underneath lol

Back in work tomorrow but it's learning day so I get to watch dumb videos and get vouchers for free gold at the end so no complaints from me xp

another busy day. stayed up too late after driving all day yesterday to get some more gear for raid tonite lol.. my eyes are dead.. but gotta go pick up some chicken. still worried bout selling that house. but its a beautiful warm day out so i'll try to enjoy it after i get home. i may start up harvest moon 64. the news is just hopeless. i dont tend to get political online but holy s**t we're the idiocracy movie now. i may as well go water my fakkin taters with gaterade... burning_eyes dramallama

ran a red light city driving yesterday. i mean i was crawling thru it i didnt realize there was one. it was a 4 lane 4 way intersection with 2 consecutive close red lights. the exit ramp to interstate on other side. the gps in bro's truck trying to direct me. cop pulled me over. i mean pulled me over. i was going 5 mph then waved im like .. what do u want me to do we are surrounded by insane city drivers? i pull to curb and telll him im from the sticks, this is my bro's truck.. its too big.. im sitting on a pillow to see out. your city is impossible to navigate.. and that i'd be so grateful if he can guide me out of it onto the interstate lol. and that i was sorry but i didnt see the light between trying to watch all the traffic and listen to navigation.

i also realized later my visor was down. also didnt help seeing traffic lights so i was a dumb i admit...but cmon.. that was a vimm fakkin diagram to navigate. he tried not to lol at me. he said he wasnt writing me up.. at that pt i was over it if i did get wrote up i just wanted him to get me onto that friggin exit ramp lol i'd have paid a ticket for that.

he blocked the lanes of traffic so my hillbilly dumbass could get onto the interstate ramp. faaaaak city driving i get lost in small apts.. cmon. when can we just get the powers of teleportation. oh my.. i feel like i should pay someone for this therapy session. imma tip aaron lmao
