but i think that the blue thing throws it off
i'd say add more of that blue or take it away : )

Few little things that bug me..
-The density of golden color in the mask. The colors are all spready and mixed over the body, but the mask is just massive gold. There is also slight lack of silver on the top (the halo barely makes up for it), so maybe replace the mask with something more fitting.
-The eye star thingies seem a bit too yellow to me.
-The strong outline of the angelbow. I'd say remove it.
Overall it still looks good, so 8/10. YOU CAN DO BETTUR.

Black and white is a good thing, and the muted colors of the Gothic Veil and the eyes go well with everything. 9/10
