Definitely an issue in baseball where there is no Salary Cap or Luxury Tax...my beloved Pirates can't keep up and it's just unfair. v.v -An unprecedented 20 years of failure and counting-
Football and basketball at least have salary caps, though basketball allows you to somewhat break the cap if you pay millions of dollars in luxury tax penalties...which is a bit rough as well.
I like them all, though...can't help it. v.v Played them for too many years and watched them with the family for too many years not to...though I'd have enjoyed them even if that wasn't the case.

Well, part of sports is sticking with your team in sun or shade... and there's usually quite a lot more shade than sun... XD; Ah well. I'm heading to bed soon, but I'll pop back in to check on things in the morning.

v.v Sorry 'bout that, man. But there's always next time...you never know what wacky ideas I might come up with.

Quote: Infinite Vigors It happened out of nowhere; a tear to what looked like another world, another time, perfectly parallel to the one I'm in now! ...I saw...myself, or what looked like another version of myself. I was different somehow...there was a lighthouse, I stood before this girl I'd never seen before...and as I finally gained the courage to look myself in the eye, I tossed myself this bottle. "Use it in health, brother." ...What was it exactly that I was seeing? And why?
(Zorc James the 4th) Item Name: Charge Item Type: Vigor Skill Description: Drinking the Vigor 'Charge' will alter the body's DNA very slightly, causing a whirlwind of force to surround the user's hand, swirling with enough force to potentially tear the skin off of their own hand. However once the change is complete, 'Charge' can be summoned at-will in a battle to provide a rocket-like boost of speed and power to physical attacks, launching the user across a field of battle for strikes. Because Vigors do not operate in the same fashion as MP skills, one must wait 2 turns to use 'Charge' again as the body must replenish its Salts. Effect: Double the power and speed of any Phys attack for one turn by forcefully launching body across the field with incredible momentum. [2 turn cooldown] Quote: Infinite Vigors It happened out of nowhere; a tear to what looked like another world, another time, perfectly parallel to the one I'm in now! ...I saw...myself, or what looked like another version of myself. I was different somehow...there was a lighthouse, a man who looked strangely like Rednal at my side...and as I finally gained the courage to look myself in the eye, I tossed myself this bottle. "Nn...nn!" ...What was it exactly that I was seeing? And why?
(Aselia Bluespirit) Item Name: Undertow Item Type: Vigor Skill Description: Drinking the Vigor 'Undertow' will alter the body's DNA slightly so that barnacles will grow on the hands temporarily (and every time the Vigor is in-use), with both hands becoming surrounded by a swirling limb of powerful water. Once the change is complete, the user may activate Undertow once every other turn (1 turn cooldown) to extend a tentacle-like appendage from the hand over distances of up to 10-15 yards...this tentacle can strike enemies for small damage (with a 1-4 chance of knocking back weaker foes), or be used to grip objects or enemies on command (normal rules of movement may apply when trying to grip enemies). Undertow 'limbs' have immense strength, capable of tossing enemies great distances (up to 25 yards at full-extension at times), or slamming them with damaging force. Effect: Create water-appendages stretching up to 15 yards which may grip, throw, or slam enemies...as well as strike them for Low-Med damage with a 1/4 odds likelihood of forcing back weaker foes). [1 turn cooldown.] Quote: Infinite Vigors It happened out of nowhere; a tear to what looked like another world, another time, perfectly parallel to the one I'm in now! ...I saw...myself, or what looked like another version of myself. I was different somehow...there was a lighthouse, a man not unlike that louse, Vale...and as I finally gained the courage to look myself in the eye, I tossed myself this bottle. "Use it in health, sister." ...What was it exactly that I was seeing? And why?
(Noa Winters) Item Name: Murder of Crows Item Type: Vigor Skill Description: Drinking the 'Murder of Crows' Vigor will alter the body's DNA slightly to allow the user to temporarily gain control of a ravenous murder of deadly crows. Once the alteration is complete, these crows will appear swiftly wherever you are when the Vigor has been activated, and can be used against an enemy to lasting effect. Simply willing the crows to attack an enemy will unleash the entire lot of the crows upon them, all pecking with vicious and deadly intent from all angles of their foe...a lingering assault which continues for up to three turns unless commanded to discontinue their assault. This will deal a continuous string of 1-4 Low, Non-Elemental Damage attacks per-turn for those three turns, though the Vigor takes three turns to recharge after use. Crows are unusually swift, deadly, and quite capable of piercing surprisingly sharp defenses... Effect: Summon a murder of crows and command them to attack an enemy continually for up to 3 turns (1-4 hits of Low, Non-Elemental Damage per-turn).

And with that Vigor, the Nightmarescape just got a whole hell of a lot scarier.
